My storage experience was better expected. The Customer service was top tier. Staff was very helpful during my move. The facility very clean. One of my best storage experience +10 years renting storage units.

Been standing inside for 45 minutes and they just keep glancing over me and calling everybody else, I was not greeted once, or asked if I needed any help the woman at the desk literally just keeps looking past me and calling everyone else.

This Uhaul is one of the best run facilities I have experienced. Using the app for all rentals is not my preferred process but they are very helpful to support the people who have some resistance. I even used the free storage room offer after my first (and second) truck rentals that happened in a week. It was helpful to have a clean / safe spot to figure what to do with the things I had to move.

POOR COSTUMER SERVICE AND OVERCHARGE!!!!! Even though we made the reservation online, for a Sunday, from the Beechwood Ave., New Rochelle location, they were very slow with the processing the rental. 2 workers served 1 other costumer beside us, and it took almost half an hour to get the key to the vehicle. The gas tank was almost empty, under 1/4 and we returned with the same, but they charged $33 for gas plus $30 fuel service charge, which is unfair and ridiculous! In addition, they charged $20 for after hour return, despite we returned the vehicle exactly in 6 hours. When I called them, they said we were supposed to check out on the app. Nobody told us that, we didn't download the app, because we didn't know we need to. So, it was $83 overcharge, and when I complaint they hanged the phone on me. Very poor costumer service!!!! We never going to rent from them!!!! Last month we rented the same U-Haul van at the Drive-up storage in New Rochelle and drove the same distance with it, and we paid $133. Big difference!

Easy in and out, only thing I don't get is why you rent a truck with almost no gas in it. Staff was very good.

The app is pointless you still have to get keys from inside. Everything else went smoothly getting the vehicle. When getting into the vehicle there was water in the door handle and cup trays. I thought this was weird and not sure how it was full of water. Was annoying to grab the door handle getting my fingers wet. Very unexpected. Other than that, easy drop off and no issues regarding return.

These guys saved me a lot of trouble. They came through for my family by saving me a truck and dolly to haul my broke down car back to PA. The truck drove great, better on gas than I thought it would be. Overall, the 4 of us had a blast driving home in the truck. Thanks guys.

When I first got there, I was really annoyed to be honest it was my first time going through a move. It was pouring outside and I was dripping wet. I didn’t know I had to scan everything with my phone my hands were wet my phone was wet so my phone wasn’t working properly. I was getting even more annoyed by the second but Ms. Gordon kept her calm and made me laugh. she was really polite and took her time through the process with me. It’s customer service that I look for in a business by the time I left I didn’t care I was soaking wet. Great job thank you

I was incredibly disappointed with this location and experience. The bottom line up front is that they have a safety issue and second is that the checkin was bad. At checkout the employee did not put the trailer on my hitch correctly. First they twisted up the safety chain to shorten it rather than feed it through the holes then hook it to the chain, dangerous and putting too much stress on the chain. Second, they didn't tighten down the tongue correctly and didn't check it so it popped off about 100 feet down the road. Thankfully the trailer didn't damage my truck. Train your people. Finally, the check in process was ridiculous. I dropped off the trailer the employee on duty said, you are all set, I asked about final paperwork and he said I would get an email. However, I logged in to see that the trailer wasn't checked in the following day and I had to write an email. They checked it in officially 24 hours after I physically did so. Good equipment terrible service is the byline.

They changed the system since I was last here. Only one lady working doing janitor work while I was trying to pick up, and I want to feel bad but her attitude was downright aweful. You have to use a qr code posted on the door and the system just sucks. It simply directed me to talk to customer service only for her to ask my why it said that. It used to be that my mom could schedule it and I just pick it up no problems, since Im on her account. Not only is that not possible but every single step in the pickup works worse these days. Its honestly a joke and I will be seeking out another service for my next moveEdit: I later realized that the woman was actually also the manager, wow.
