“Huge shout-out to Joanne - who went above and beyond for us! Long story short, we had a couple items sent to an address in Beacon where mail delivery had been temporarily put on hold. When I came to the office to inquire about the parcels' whereabouts, she was incredibly kind and quick to help us figure out a solution. By the next day, our items showed up on our doorstep. We were amazed at how effective she was at handling the situation. Thank you for the wonderful service, Joanne!”

“Some post offices can be a nightmare, but the Washingtonville Post Office deserves a solid FIVE STARS!
Having been stationed and worked with various branches, I can confidently say the service here feels more like a privately owned family business than a typical post office. The staff is incredibly professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about their customers.
I have no obligation or relation to write this review—I’m just truly blown away by their outstanding customer service! If every post office operated like this, mailing and shipping would be a dream.

“New Windsor post office is the best local post office I’ve ever encountered. The delivery people are friendly, the post office employees are very kind and willing to work with you, and they are able to adjust during extenuating circumstances. I’ve been waiting for over two weeks for my package to leave IL, and I received it less than two hours after New Windsor post office received it from the area distribution center. Can’t thank them enough for their impeccable service”
