“I recently won an item from an online-hybrid auction. The auction house itself doesn't offer shipping for most items, but they provided a list of companies that will secure and ship the lot. Newburgh was on that list, so I reached out for a quote. Tina got back to me within one business day.
It wasn't cheap, but once you factor in the time it takes for them to travel to the auction house, secure the lot, package it, and then actual shipping costs, it's really quite reasonable. They certainly did not skimp on the bubble wrap, either. They obviously weren't taking any chances that FedEx would handle with care.
Turnaround time was quick. I recommend this company!”

The delivery people are friendly, the post office employees are very kind and willing to work with you, and they are able to adjust during extenuating circumstances. I’ve been waiting for over two weeks for my package to leave IL, and I received it less than two hours after New Windsor post office received it from the area distribution center.
