I was looking for notary services but when you arrive youre told that they're there on certain days and times but that isn't posted anywhere, so don't waste your time.

This UPS store is very organized, always greet you with a smile when you entering the store. The store is clean. Very helpful when needed. The Amazon Kiosk Machine easy to use. The wait time is pleasant. Need more parking space.

I'm so happy they moved to this new location, a lot of space for parking, the place is really beautiful, I lived in this neighborhood, they are always so friendly and kind, very nice staff, never I have any issues with them, I have used their services, excellence, never had any problems, I wish them good luck on this location, my greetings and best wishes.

I went to the UPS store last Saturday to mail a package to a friend who just lost her husband, so it goes without saying this was an important package. The kid behind the counter measured the bundle and suggested a size of a box. I paid for the box and shipping, over $40 and it was to be delivered by that following Tuesday. He took my things and put them on the back counter. I said please make sure the card and everything goes out. It’s very important. The package was never received and I have called the store everyday and it just rings and no one picks up. I have no idea where my package is or if it was sent. I have misplaced the receipt so I have been calling to see if they can look it up. I’m quite upset.

They welcome you with open arms and attitude. There is no yelling. They will even help you with your phone to make the transaction. Just good friendly people
