Great building! The apartments have been recently renovated and feature some of the best-furnished kitchens we saw on Manhattan. The amenities are solid. The management is attentive and very helpful.

I absolutely loved living at 101. The building is in an amazing location, the amenities are beautiful and the management and concierge service was top notch. I loved my apartment and enjoyed the walks to Riverside Park, Lincoln Center and Central Park. Only reason for moving was the outrageous rent increase.

Went to look at 8k on Saturday It was a nice large 1 bedroom so it was priced at 4590 so later that day we decided we would rent that apartment We called the person Femi Kaffo he then told that he made a mistake now it's 5790 Crazy 1200 dollar mistake Stay away
