Why have a phone number if you're not going to pick-up???

Next door at the hotel a couple days. Breakfast sandwich was good! Coffee was surprisingly really good! Store was very clean. Pretty amazing for a 711!

The store was clean and the employees were friendly. Huge offer for such a small shop.

Cashier charged my card more than the amount that it was. I paid almost $10 for a pack of gum and small candy.

Attempted to purchase a muffin along side an iced coffee, the coffee was my 7th and so free. The cashier rang me up and the appropriate discount was given. At first I attempted Google pay for the rest of my purchase... it didn't work, just gave a card read error. I went on to use my physical debit card, I explained to the cashier that the chip on the card doesn't work and so I would have to attempt to insert it 3 times prior to being able to swipe it successfully (this is standard in cases of chip malfunction). I went through that process and when I swiped the terminal displayed the message "card accepted" and prompted me to enter my pin. As I was entering my pin the cashier cancels my ability to do so and insisted that I insert twice more. After doing so the terminal failed to read my card in any way, including even error messages. I apologize and ask him to help the person behind me as I figured out how to make a payment work. I tried the option of mobile checkout with my phone, I asked the employee if they had the QR code reader anywhere and I was told no. I apologized and said there was no way I could pay for the remaining item and said I would have to leave the muffin. When I started to leave with my coffee (which was legitimately paid for via punch card promo) the cashier loudly declared I would have to leave that as well, he accused me of causing drama and also loudly accused me of having no money (which for the purpose of a muffin purchase was certainly not true, I had more than enough). More than anything this was embarrassing... it was also frustrating. Why would he cancel the process while I was entering my pin number? And why does the app say mobile checkout is available at this location when it isn't? I very likely could have paid, instead it feels like I was actively hindered from doing so, publicly embarrassed and accused of causing drama... what's going on here?

Huge location but very very pricey. Big Snickers bars are $3.89. Lots of selection which is nice and staff is decent.

Hands down the worst 7-Eleven I've ever been to! No prices are displayed, the phrase "if you have to ask, you can't afford it" comes to mind. Prices are WAY higher than they have any right charging! That said, their selection is pretty mediocre. Very few teas, energy drinks, etc. This franchise's owner absolutely does not care - walk another block or two and visit another location or even a different store if you want. Avoid this one at all costs!

RIP OFF!! You won't find any prices displayed in store, so they can charge you whatever they want. They charged me $3 for a small coffee, when it should be $1.79 according to 7-eleven website. Cashier is rude and dishonest. They definitely lost me as a customer!

Great place close to our hotel open all night. The prices are also very reasonable considering NYC standards. The coffee is surprisingly good.

Yet another problem with the Tibetan guy or Bangladesh/ older asian guy with the glasses at the front counter. he says he doesn't know how to put milk in the espresso machine, which confused me because he's worked there for a long time.I wanted some espresso coffee this morning and this gentleman said he couldn't help me and tried to shrug me off as if it wasn't important. By the way 7 eleven owners who keeps commenting on the complaints saying it doesn't sound right. It does sound right! And i speak from experience. Most of these complaints are true. Get your organization in order!@ dharma protector's comment. I really don't care what he is. He needs to do his job and that's what's important.
