Cashier was super friendly and helped me find the product (a charging cable) that I was looking for. This is the definition of good customer service

Worst dirty place I never been the mustard bottle for the hot dogs it's so disgusting and dirty, the bottle of ketchup as well you can't even used it someone can get sick. I went to the store last night Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 11:45pm I ask the person who was wiping the station with a nasty dirty towel as well and he look at me and making faces. 7-eleven it's my favorite store to go eat some hot dogs but this store wasn't a good one to visit. We spent money as a customer and we all deserve respect, fresh food and quality smile at least... Do you hear about food department yeah well you're going to hear from them very soon you never know who show's as a mystery shopper at your location. Thank's for an unhappy customer service.

Listen, I get that y'all might get a lot of homeless people and/ or people who steal, but someone like me who is polite to you and actually pays deserves to not be pushed along during check out. I use the rewards program and the cashier just clicked his way through it so I couldn't input my number and before I could even pick up my item and move out of the way, he was talking to the next person. I'm a human being- cut it out.

The staff is extremely rude, and they look at you like you’re there to steal from them and you’re their enemy. They sell you old food. I bought 2 slices of pizza, one was soft, but the second was very old and hard, and I threw it in the garbage. I decided to go back to tell them about it, I wasn’t expecting anything back, I just wanted to let them know, but I received the same bad look I got when I first entered the store, and without saying anything, he just turned around at the next customer and ignored me.

Wow, the same at home covid test I bought at CVS for $14.99, on Amazon for $12.99 is being sold out of bag's on the floor behind the counter for $35.00... SHAME ON YOU, you are trying to profit from a public health crisis.. DEPLORABLE. Also they never wear a mask and definitely do not enforce the policy for customers either. YOU ARE A BAD NEIGHBOR. I sincerely hope you will BOYCOTT ALL 7/11, so wrong.

Based on my Spanish name I was discriminated. The counter person ask me my name 4 times and then stated that people with my name pick up packages that don't belong to them! I have already contacted an attorney

DO NOT- I repeat - DO NOT attempt to cash in your LOTTERY winnings here. I was on the verge of calling the police after feeling like I was being scammed. I had checked my tickets before coming to the store, so I knew how much I had won. Come in to give my ticket to the clerk and he says "$50", slides me the receipt that says $50 and quickly tosses my tickets. Problem was my winnings were for $100. And after I demanded my tickets back I circled the matching numbers that proved I had won twice what he had returned. Every time I showed him the ticket he tried to snatch it back. And insisted that the machine had scanned both for $50 and to just cut my losses. It wasn't until I scanned the tickets myself and showed it to another clerk that they couldn't argue anymore and gave me my money. There are plenty of places to get lotto tickets on the block. DO NOT do it at this 7-11. It isn't worth it.
