wanted to call if they had stock of a specific vodka, after i asked the first one the lady said no and just hangs up - very bad customer service. i don't understand how a business like this survives when they serve up bad customer service?!

Simply put, they had what I wanted at a priceI was more than willing to pay. In this case, it was a bottle of extra dry vermouth. Now that Trader Joe's wine shop is closed, I will be shopping for the wines I want.

Very rude people and they don’t (want to) speak English. They sold me the smaller bottle after not being able to answer my question about whether the bottle is large or medium (they kept answering me in Spanish although I asked in English) and when I realized it’s the medium bottle they refused to refund or exchange.
