The process of selling some of my gold was incredibly smooth and quick. I knew I didn't want to settle for low-ball offers from any jewelers or pawns. After some research, I found Abe Mor Diamonds. The process was super simple, and I never felt like I was going to be scammed, which I was worried about. Surprisingly, they offered roughly 85% of the spot price. After sending off my bars for their examination, they held true to their initial offer price. I highly recommend them if you are looking to sell your gold, as they're offer couldn't be beat, and the entire process was fast, smooth, and professional. I will absolutely use them in the future if I ever need/want to sell more gold or diamonds.

Simply Exceptional-Amazing Customer Service!!! ---Having to cancel an engagement is not a fun thing. Even more so, deciding to sell a ring you spent a long time choosing, etc., and all that goes with it, is really not fun. Having made the decistion to sell, I reviewed several options, some on television, googled as well extensively the best options, most saying they offered the most you could get. From research I knew I would lose quite a bit from the original purchase price. Of those several options, I sent detailed pictures with documentation to all, and all came back with quotes-Abe Mor was not only the best but also seamless, very well done. Moreover, their process is professional, customer oriented, and was so easy it was remarkable and that is kudos to their team. They provided a quote that was reasonable and beat the competition, they provided shipping to review the ring itself to confirm their estimate, they confirmed their offer, I accepted, and a check was to me in 3 days. All of this done securely via FedEx and with insurance coverage-I've never done anything like that but upon review of their documents, I knew it was a secure process-how awesome is that?.All exactly as they outlined-additionally, Samantha and the sales team responded to each and every question and email I sent and responded promptly. I am in sales myself and Abe Mor is just awesome and to be commended in how they do business in every way. I mean it, next time in I'm in New York, I gotta stop by and say hello to these guys. Thanks for making this an easy comfortable process AM-Appreciate it :)

I worked with Jan Rice at Abe Mor over the course of a couple months to design a custom ring for my engagment. The ring came out legitimately perfect and I could not have dreamed for a better experience. Really great experience with this company. Fast response. They are very professional. I sold a diamond to them and had to ship it to them and get the appraisal. I was a little nervous to do this, but they were so professional and did exactly what they said they were going to do. It took about a week for the process and I felt my diamond was safe throughout. I had offers from 5 places, Abe Mor gave the best price. I highly recommend!

Abe Mor offered more for my mother-in-law's diamond than the local jeweler had offered her, however, I was a little nervous about sending her diamond 3,000 miles away with no real guarantee of getting it back or getting a check. The insurance that Abe Mor provided on the delivery made me feel a lot better. And, in the end, everything went smoothly. Abe Mor, thank you for living up to your word and getting my mother-in-law the best price possible for her diamond!

I had the pleasure of working with Jan to bring my partner’s engagement ring to life. Going in to the process, I wanted to create a custom design using a recycled diamond center stone. Not only did she procure a beautiful, recycled diamond that undercut what I would’ve paid at a main stream retailer by a mile, but the end result was a beautiful one-of-a-kind ring (complete with personalized gold engravings and brilliant emerald accent stones) that perfectly captured what I was looking for, the incredible design that Jan came up with, and the sheer craftsmanship of the team that created it. The care, enthusiasm, and expertise of Jan and everyone else who was involved makes Abe Mor an easy recommendation from me, especially for something as personal (and at times daunting) as creating an engagement ring.

The valuation of my jewelry was fair and the check arrived very quickly. If I lived in New York, I'd bake these folks a pie and bring it over. I had some gold coins to sell and I contacted Abe Mor. They promptly gave me a fair quote for the coins and sent me a return prepaid Fed Ex Box. I sent the coins to them and they Fed Ex'd back to me a check for the agreed upon price.The whole process was easy and quick. I plan on using them in the future. There is a certain amount of trust that is necessary in this kind of transaction. I'm happy to say that this firm is worthy of that trust.

This review is for their gold buyback program:I really appreciated the one-on-one communication Abe Mor provided during their appraisal process. I was able to access them quickly by email and phone. The dealings are not automated but rather in person like traditional ways of doing business. These people seem to understand the important nuance of relating to customers who value their personal effects and making that extra effort to connect. The offers are also solid, in my case +84% of the market commodity value for my jewelry, about 5% higher than most offers from precious metal recyclers in the US and well over 50% higher than any local jewelry store or pawn shop offering. If you want a higher rate of return then you'll have to consign at a reputable shop and wait.The offer process is quite reciprocal. Assuming you know what you have, you give them an honest and accurate description and pictures of your gold jewelry. They give you a competitive offer based on your information. If you accept they send you a fully insured Fed Ex shipping label. There are no "kits" in this process, you have to provide the shipping materials and its your responsibility to pack it well. Securely affix their label to your package and drop it off at the main Fed Ex receiving in your area. When Abe Mor receives your jewelry for final assay and it is what you say it is, you can expect their offer to stand. If you agree they send you the check, otherwise they return your jewelry with no further obligations for either party. Factor start to finish time is about 10 business days. This process is somewhat longer than the automated offerings of many metals recyclers but the personal interaction and value return is a respect that is well worthy.TL;DR: I like the way they do business and value my stuff. I will come back and do business with them again in the future.
