It was an absolute PLEASURE working with Lauren Austin from ADA Diamonds! From the start, even though she had taken over our first contact person at ADA, she introduced herself with such a friendly attitude and was very comprehensive in explaining the whole process to my partner and I. I usually feel very anxious and intimidated when meeting with people over video calls, but she quickly made me feel very comfortable and kept the conversation very open and supportive in helping me find my dream engagement ring. When my partner and I came in for our first appointment, we were greeted by nothing less of smiles and positivity and honesty, as well as delicious welcome drinks! Lauren truly made us feel at home and didn’t make me feel persuaded in any way. She definitely showed that she cared the most about me being in love with the diamond that I chose and not feel like I was being sold on something based on price. I really appreciated her patience and willingness to listen to my requests!After I chose my diamond and ring style, I let Lauren and my (now finance) take the reigns on finishing up the ring and can proudly say I am happily engaged with the perfect ring and perfect guy :) thanks so much Lauren!

Worked with Lauren to help my partner and I pick out a diamond for an engagement ring. Amazing customer service and diamond quality. Lauren was super welcoming for our appointment and spent way more time than our allotted appointment to answer all of our questions and concerns. She's been very responsive and helpful over email during the entire process. Highly recommend Lauren + Ada Diamonds!

Teresa was absolutely incredibly in guiding me through the process of purchasing an engagement ring for my fiance. I met with her in early February and she did not put any pressure on me at all. Even though I had a very clear cut idea of what kind of ring I was going to purchase, she was able to show me options within the constraints I had. Over 50 emails, 4 in-person visits and 6 months later, my fiance absolutely loves her ring. The only thing I would say is that the pricing is definitely a bit higher than other lab-diamond retailers but the service and quality/vetting of diamonds is worth it in my opinion. Would highly recommend Teresa for any one interesting in buying a diamond ring.

I had yet another amazing experience with Ada Diamonds recently! I was looking to purchase an eternity band for my wife for our 1 year anniversary. Lauren was amazing at helping me pick the perfect one that would complement her existing engagement ring and wedding band. Her positive attitude and sincere personality made the whole experience quick, easy, and enjoyable. I would highly recommend her when picking out any piece of jewelry at Ada!

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Ada Diamonds (which I just love), so when it was time to go wedding and shopping, I reached out to the consultant who helped him. Unfortunately, she wasn’t available for an appointment but recommend Lauren Austin who was. I’ve never purchased jewelry like this before so I didn’t know what to expect! I also knew I wanted a tennis bracelet and studs for our wedding day, and the purchase had to be right. Needless to say, Lauren was incredible throughout the entire process! I had a million questions even before the appointment and she let me try on different sizes, made recommendations, and helped me throughout it all. She was so kind and patient - and I didn’t feel rushed or any pressure to make a decision. It was an easy decision to go with Ada again because of how stunning their jewelry is and how comfortable they make you feel throughout the entire process. Thank you, Lauren!

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Ada in 2021. He worked so closely with them to ensure the ring was everything I could've wanted and more. When it was time to pick my wedding band out he insisted it be from Ada Diamonds and I'm so beyond thankful that we did. We worked with Lauren to pick out a band to compliment my engagement ring. The whole process from video call to in person meeting to design and pick up was the easiest part of wedding planning. She explained the differences between the types of bands I tried on and I never felt any pressure to make a choice. I am beyond happy with the rings I picked. Lauren was super professional and it felt like I was chatting with a friend the entire time. I would 10/10 recommend everyone go to Ada diamonds for a super professional personalized experience. I had a good experience designing my ring and loved it upon receiving it, but I wish I had known that the craftsmanship is questionable. I took a risk deciding on an online retailer without a location in my city to visit, and I wish I had thought on it some more. I noticed a missing side stone sometime last week, and my husband requested for a replacement. Turns out missing stone repairs are only covered for up to 2 years, and we're at the 2 year and 9 month mark. I thought they'd be more understanding considering it's to not fault of my own, and I don't even wear my engagement ring when doing any activities that might result in wear and tear. I've had friends and family who purchased engagement rings from Brilliant Earth who had one-time exceptions made to them for manufacturing defects even though they had no warranty on missing stones whatsoever. I had higher expectations considering the quote for Ada for my engagement ring was much higher than Brilliant Earth, and I went with it anyways thinking I could trust them more than a large retailer. My wedding band that's pictured is from Brilliant Earth, and I haven't had any stones fall out from it to this day and have worn it for over two years now.I would advise others to think twice about getting an engagement ring from Ada Diamonds for this alone. They are not as interested in maintaining a long-term relationship with their customers in the same way local jewellers or some major retailers might.

Teresa was a crucial collaborator in our journey to get married. She is an absolute professional, and most importantly, fiercely creative. As our Diamond Concierge, she worked with us to create three pieces: an engagement ring and two wedding bands. During the process, she was honest, curious, and encouraging about what looked good. She gave out recommendations about how engagement and wedding bands pair, as well as explained the design intentions behind a number of bands. Her design and curative knowledge were both helpful and impressive. There were so many options to choose from, but it was Teresa's willingness and patience that allowed us to create rings that are truly a dream.In conclusion, our experience with Ada Diamonds was an absolute joy, and we have Teresa to thank for this! We are very grateful and privileged to have had her as our Diamond Concierge and our guide! We give our highest recommendations!

Ada diamonds was incredible! After going to other locations and not being happy, Teresa was a huge game changer for us. We made an appointment at the showroom and she was prepared with what we were interested in and very patient. We trusted her and knew they would make the perfect ring. The prices are also very reasonable compared to other places. We couldn't be happier with our experience and we recommend Ada Diamonds to everyone!

When I first started seriously looking into purchasing an engagement ring for my partner, I naturally scoured reddit and found r/EngagementRings. The amount of fantastic reviews for ADA blew me away and I set up a consultation immediately. I was a bit thrown off by the need for a video chat, but looking back I cannot image the process going any other way! During the first consultation our concierge, Teresa, worked with us to define what we wanted and did nothing but take our opinions and concerns into consideration throughout the entire process. After this, we scheduled a couple appointments in their showroom, where Teresa helped us understand everything about lab grown diamonds, and tried on some diamonds in temporary settings. Given ADA's intense Diamond QA process, and my own lack of knowledge on the subject, I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. After selecting the diamond, and designing the setting, I was sent rendering and CADs for approval prior to production. Teresa was extremely communicative and responsive during the whole process. I will be recommending them to anyone looking in the area!
