Terrible customer service. Guy at the shoe section is not passionate about the product or serving customers. Lady at the check-out refuse to get a new pair delivered. Terrible - can’t believe this is the flagship on 5th ave. I want to give 0 star if I can.

I was reading the bad reviews about customer service so I was expecting the worst. When I got there though I was pleasantly surprised. EVERYONE I encountered was super helpful and polite. One gentleman " Matthew " on the second floor really went out of his way to help me and acted more or less like my personal shopper when I was there exchanging sizes and coming up with ideas to assist me.I really appreciate the attention they gave me.The selection is limited though sorry to say. Even online it's hard to find items that match up in a set. Sizing with Adidas is all over the place. I suggest trying it on in person or risk a possible return. Would love to see more items for sale with higher end fabric. I was left un impressed with many items for sale but I did leave with a few items.

Fab store! Prices really good! Staff really nice & helpful & plenty of selection. Visited this store twice in one day I was that happy with it :) Customer toilets aswell!

Large! A place to get lost. You can browse for hours. I worked with two of the sales people and it was great. Very good knowledge about the products.
