Cannot validate other people’s experiences but I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff as I’ve witnessed first hand. Everyone at the sales floor is super friendly, attentive and helpful- even if there’s a language barrier as many customers are tourists.. the staff does their best to accommodate and communicate. Kudos!

If I could give 0 starts I would. I purchased a top in store on March 17th and tried to make the return on Monday March 20th, after trying to wear it the day before for my birthday.Tried to make an in store return at the flagship location, after the top I purchased less than a week ago ripped at the armhole seam while putting it on. Victoria, the supervisor racially profiled me & assumed I was lying and that the top ripped from me wearing it. Said she would escalate the issue to corporate and I would hear back by Wednesday. It’s Wednesday, so I call when I don’t hear back from them. I spoke with Darien, the store manager who said to give her a few and she would get back to me. Again, heard nothing so I reached out again right before store closing. So not only did I have no outfit for me birthday, now Darien, the store manager is telling me my item has excessive wear and tear and is refusing to give me a refund and says she can only dry clean it. Why would I want a ripped top that I can’t wear dry cleaned? Why would I even want the top back if it’s ripped at the armhole seam! I work in fashion, i under cut & sew items. So you can’t tell me, it happened from excessive wear & tear when I haven’t even had the top for a week! I would think after the sexual assault aggregations their customer service would’ve improved, but I have several Alexander wang items, which disappoints me because now I never want to purchase another thing from here.

I just want to spread the respect I got when I walked into the store I was not mistreated asked for helped immediately and received suggestions from representative she was phenomenal will be returning for more thank you Sky .... I love my bag by the way !!

Been wearing Alexander Wang for almost 20 years but no more. Horrible customer service and zero transparency in policies. My return was received almost a month ago, but because I didn't return the cheap-ass promo item I was entitled to with purchase, they simply never let me know that my return ($750) wouldn't be processed or that they had even received it. They don't offer exchanges and don't indicate anywhere that not returning promo items (again, which are free with purchase) will result in the return not being processed. This is unacceptable and has turned me off this brand forever. They won't even send me a label to complete the return. To me, this feels like they're hoping you forget so they get their merchandise back and get to keep their money. This brand is way too high profile to engage in such shady practices. I'm tempted to file a chargeback since I plan to never shop this one-beloved brand again and they seem completely uninterested in rendering anything that resembles customer service. Don't kid yourself - this is no longer a luxury brand.

The sales persons are now just sitting down on the sides to greet you while you enter now and looks half stoned it’s actually quite funny ??? I was stunned because I thought she was a customer waiting for a friend.

Absolutely horrible customer service (especially from their employee Bee Jackson), now I see why this place has terrible reviews. Trust the bad reviews; this brand doesn't care about customer experience in the slightest. I bought an item and tried it on just once, and returned it in its original condition, but weeks later, they claimed I "damaged" the item and refused the return. Reading through other people's reviews I see that I am not the only customer that they did this to. Insane that a company that markets itself as luxury has these terrible policies. Even lower-end brands are less money-hungry and despicable and have much better customer service. Glad that all I bought was a $150 top, but wish I never gave a cent to this company (not to mention the $800 backpack I bought before this). Of course, I will never buy anything from this brand again, and you shouldn't either. Buyers beware.

I don’t even know what the sales are doing in this store. I wanted to try something on and nobody was even there to register me for the waiting room. Plus, my boyfriend already told one of the Chinese sales I would be in store today to pick something up, and when I asked for her she’s nowhere to be found. Had to guess who that person is and went up to her to try something on and had to wait for the waiting room in a store where there’s only about four customers. Super disappointed in this one. If you like Alexander Wang try somewhere else.
