This is for the online store. It was the worst experience I've ever had buying something online. I would never shop here again. Sharing because this seems to be a common experience and hoping I can save someone else the headache. I myself read several bad reviews on yelp and trust pilot prior to shopping there and thought as such a well-established company, they really couldn't be that much of a disaster. But wow...I was so wrong. Returned a coat the day after I received it and never got a refund. I've called/emailed numerous times and there is always a ridiculous reason why they can't send me a refund or just no response. Bought the coat on Black Friday and it's the end of January and still haven't received a credit to my card or seem to be any closer to getting one.

I bought a carry-on luggage bag about 7 years ago. I only plan to use it for a family trip to Florida. That bag is absolutely incredible! It's outlasted every other piece of luggage I own. There's more to the story, but if I had another bag just like it I would be happy. It's faded and I'm getting ready to dye it to its original color and restitch the leather. I absolutely love this product!!!!!!

I ordered twice on their website andrewmarc.com, paid for Express Shipping and both times they charged my card immediately, kept the money with them (first time for more than a month and second time for more than two weeks) but then cancelled the orders. First time when it happened (it was December-2020) I just ignored it thinking that its holiday season and mistakes may happen so I ordered again - But same result. Unsure if someone made this page out of spite but any who: This appears to be the link for the location of the yearly Andrew Marc popup. They have a good mix of jackets but nothing is well organized. The staff is not particularly helpful but I don't mind looking if it means buying a winter coat for 70-80$ instead of 250 or whatever it was at Nordstroms. You can't return the stuff there but that's fine as it's a pop-up. They have a mix of stuff with a lot of their fancier leather goods upstairs, both men and women. Way cheaper place for their stuff but you get what you pay for. Mid 3 mostly for the price for quality as no, I wouldn't bother with them at normal prices.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes from Andrew Marc- purchased at Bloomingdales. One pair fell apart in a few months. I wrote the customer service department. Nothing. I wrote them again just to give them the benefit of the doubt. Nothing. I called. They were able to find my correspondence but were completely unhelpful. COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL. A waste of time and a bad taste in my mouth. I don't even want the good pair of shoes anymore.

The Andrew Marc shoes I bought lasted around 3 months before the heel was worn RIGHT through to the point that my sock was in contact with the wet ground. I can literally see through them now. Shortest lifespan of any shoes I've ever bought and it's been with minimal walking. I would've been better off with some cheapies from Walmart.

Things have changed since 2015 and that good review for customer service at Andrew Marc. I purchased a coat online, and returned it by their own mailing label the same day I received it because it was too small. Their mailing method took 2 months to return it, and 3 weeks after that to receive my refund. It seems they were bought by another company, and now their service is absolutely awful. Never again.

Returned 2 coats; 10 days later no refund. Claims refund was sent. Have to do an investigation through Paypal. Sizing also inconsistent. Ordered same coat, different colors, same size L. Pretty sure one of them is a M. My advice is to buy in a store. Most major department stores carry them.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a jacket. Paid with PayPal. Other than a confirmation I never heard from the company When I called 3 days later I was told the jacket was on back order and my order would ship in a week. Today the money was refunded to my PayPal account. I have heard nothing from the company and when I called customer sevice and hit the pound key as instructed, all I got was dead silence. They need to work on their communication skills.
