Best bridal experience ever! I had an appointment with Caitlin and she was the best! She was super knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable! I enjoyed the entire experience and found my dress right there! I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I went to Anthropologie for my first wedding dress try on. I would hands down recommend this place and if you can book with Valentina, please do! Valentina was absolutely amazing. She was professional, kind, funny, and just all around amazing.Valentina also introduced me to the veil and as soon as I put it on, I fell in love! I'm purchasing from Anthro because of the dress, of course, but even more so because of Valentina and her amazing support!

I bought the slightly damaged item on final sale and didn't noticed that it's damaged. Next day I came to exchange, because they had plenty of these glass bowls in stock. The manager at the register told me that the company policy is not to accept or exchange the returns that are final sale" first of all" and if I want I can exchange it without additional promo paying higher price. I don't think thats fair custoner approach.

I would like to express my admiration for the incredible closing team at Anthropologie. Having worked in retail myself, I understand how challenging it can be to deal with difficult customers. This team of remarkable women truly deserves recognition for their outstanding work, especially considering the unforeseen circumstances they had to endure.The malfunction of the air conditioning system during the peak summer months is a significant problem for any retail store. Despite this major setback, these ladies managed to maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent service to the customers. I happened to visit the store at the last minute, desperately searching for an outfit, and I almost missed it due to the AC issue. It's important to note that it was not the clients' fault. Had I arrived just 10 minutes later, my experience would have been completely different.Let's focus on the positive aspects of this situation. I want to give a big shoutout to Nicole, Natalie, Sam, and Lily for their unwavering dedication. Anthropologie's AC being down for a month is a significant challenge, and yet these incredible staff members continue to serve with a smile on their faces. I believe they deserve a well-deserved reward, whether it's additional time off or a salary increase. Let's acknowledge their exceptional efforts and support them.4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For the the ladies….P.S Anthropologie you should contact your clients that experienced this and offer a huge discount !

Had a great experience at my BHLDN appointment with Madeline! She was extremely welcoming, friendly, organized, and honest! I really appreciated that she checked inventory availability before letting me try anything on to ensure that I would be able to leave with the style I loved. You’ll have to alter the hem on anything you buy since the dresses are designed for brides of all heights, but you’ll receive a list of recommended tailors to make things easier. Thank you, Madeline!

Purchased this table from Anthropologie in January 2023. Noticed recently it was broken and their customer service is awful! Sent me at least 3 emails requesting more information and ultimately told me they would do nothing! A table shoud last more than six months!!!!

I had one of the worst experiences looking for a wedding dress at this location. I came into it excited because I had seen dresses online and found one that I loved. After trying on a few dresses the stylist helping me named Monica had asked me what I didn't like about a certain dress and I had explained to her that I didn't know, it's just a feeling of likening it or not liking it after trying it on. She then told me that she "can't help me if I can't explain what I didn't like about the dress." I was first taken back by that comment because the stylist are there to help but also for support in navigating different dresses. While I was in the dressing room she told my family members she "doesn't think she will find a dress here and that she should go somewhere else." I've never felt so uncomfortable in a setting that should be happy and uplifting. I don't usually review when I have a poor experience but I could't believe the way she talked to the costumers in the way she did.

Hello,Last week I visited this location and had a bad experience again.I ordered an item via online, but I don't like it and needed to return it to the store. When I asked the return a staff member, she asked me another receipt even though I was showing it, which was inside of the package. What does she want? Is a receipt not enough to prove I bought it online, not stealing from their store??Do I have to show my credit card transaction to her? After that, she tried to confirm to ask if I use visa card. Another confirmation?? Finally, she has done the process and she told me to give her a package which was in my hand. Is this also the way, she doubts I might use this package to show them I bought from via online even if I shoplifting something from their store?? During she was taking care of me, she had been unhappy face. This is not the first-time experience in this location. A year ago, another staff member did same way. I have been buying Anthropology clothes for 5 years and have had more than 10 their clothes in my closets currently. Why did they treat a customer like that?Anthropology In Rockefeller Center is the same. I bought t-short online, but their staff forgot to take out a magnet from it. So, I can't wear it with it, of course. I had to go to a store to ask to remove it from t-shirt. I asked a staff member so, then her first comment wasn't apology. Demanding to show her a receipt. Are you kidding me? Your stupid staff member forgot to take it off, that's why I needed to come here to take around an hour from my place. Not forced me to show a receipt, but also, she thought I might steal it from a store.Those experiences are enough to hate Anthropology. Top of Anthropology should train better way for customers. If your staff made a mistake, apology is necessary. And without uncomfortable emotion, take care of a customer who returning your item comfortable. That is a business, don't you think so?Returning the item to Anthropology is hell!

MOD on duty April 21 ( would not give me her name; a sure sign she was not proud of her behavior with me) was extremely unfriendly, unsympathetic, impatient and ridiculously officious. I explained that I am a huge shopper at anthropology and suggested she check my history . Rarely return and would not have returned except that the quality was so poor. I tried to return this bag that has been sitting on my closet shelf since the holidays. It was very poorly made and fell apart immediately. I was out of town until recently so I tried working with the MOD yesterday. I could not find the email receipt although I was sure I had ordered it online. When I got home, I checked my purchase history and there it was; not sure how MOD was escalated to this position without having thought of suggesting that while I was there yesterday? Now I have to return! And because it is over 30 days will only get a credit for this poorly made bag!
