The Apple Bank are Robbers And Thief in broad daylight. Customers, do not walk into The Apple Bank. You are going to lose the few cents and pennies that you have. Take heed, as God is my Witness. It is better that you live from hand to mouth. You do not need a Banking Institution to live to Seventy Years Old. Just today, they stole Two Hundred Dollars from a Wire Transfer that I sent. The girl that call herself The Assistant Secretary call me into The Bank and told me in front of another person that her department took the money for fees after I paid them two different sets of fee to sent The Wire Funds that the person have not receive after Seven Weeks. And the rest of the mony is deposited in my Account. lol. COVID Thief's are on the lose. GLS.

I closed my savings account and I was expecting the tiny accrued interest to be included in the withdrawal. The teller never mentioned anything about that until I asked her after she already had the check prepared and signed. She said that if an account is closed before the end of the cycle, the interest is not paid to the customer. The rates are so bad but to steal a customer’s interest without even warning them is really disgusting. I will never bank with Apple again.

I forgot PIN for my Apple bank ATM card. Online service is unavailable - no such option. Clerks in brunch also can't do this. So, the only way is to call 914 area code phone #. After holding for 5 minutes I was connected to customer service. I thought to give my ATM card # & SSN will be enough. NO!! He started asked me checking account #, SSN, my DOB, amount of last transaction. He put me on hold after each question & my answer. After 17 (!!) minutes of conversation he gave another 800 phone number & advise to call it. I tried to ask to send to me new ATM card with chip, but he said - DO what I am telling you, dont' ask me to do anything else. So, I have to call another phone # to reactivate my ATM card & setup new PIN. PS With Chase bank it takes just a few minutes to change PIN.

Not the best exchange rate but the guy needs to stay in business. I am sure this bank kick out a mom and pop shop to move in. Their service is pretty nice. If you have a choice, I would hold off at the airport or check your phone to compare the rate.

We recently had to make several changes to an account which was originally with Emmigrant. The paperwork necessary to establish compliance with federal regulations was overwhelming, only to be exceeded by the professionalism, courtesy and patience beyond the call of duty of the Apple staff. Kudos to Ms. Palencia. This bank is great.

Tried to open a business checking account, and was being treated like a fraud! The Indian looking woman probably sensed I am not a "big business" owner, and told me several reason they would reject me: because I recently moved, and I live in Queens. This is what she said "I am not sure if they are willing to go to Queens to take a picture of your place, to verify your address is not fake." "You recently moved? Then it will be very hard for us to approve your account." These just sound like discrimination. I have perfect credit and had business account before. There's just no reason to go to Apple Bank. Lesson learned.

They really do close too early. I just love that there's never a line here. I also wish they opened on Saturday like the other branches
