Your website is the worst. I am trying to set up bill pay payments for my parents and the system won't connect. Will be closing every account they have and go to a major bank

Help your customers. I opened an IRA is the 80's and even though they have verified I am the owner of the account, they refuse to help me get my account number and I need distribution of the funds. Worst customer service people ever. Calling Banking commission to see how I should proceed.

I love them , I bank personal and business here and they are so respectful and I actually enjoy my experience each time I go, the branch manager Gail is one of a kind , the assistant Rose is awesome and the staff make you feel welcomed as well, I opened with Lauren when she was an assistant manger and now she’s been promoted , which she so deserved. I thank them each time I go there because I can tell they really do value my business.

Yelena Bondarchuk from 405 Brighton Beach Brooklyn branch is an example of the true and genuine customer service. She is super knowledgeable about banking products, she helps customer make decisions, and she takes her time listening to the customer. She treats customers as educated consumers not sales numbers. Excellent, excellent service. Bravo, Apple Bank! Yelena is truly representing your bank well and makes a difference for customers.

There is slim pickings as far as small banking goes in the UES. At this branch service is terrible. I opened a business and savings account. In both instances they have forgotten to tell me major information like about essential items that would be provided (checks, ink stamp, etc), that essential items would be mailed or could be delivered to branch, forgotten to set up Pins, forgotten to tell me I have an option to get a card for ATM banking. So very unprofessional here. Best advise I can give prospective clients is to do your own research so you can tell them what to do and ask the right questions. This is exactly why people bank big. The quality of small banking is so inferior. I worked with the Junior Manager on both instances. Terrible, like "I hate my job" attitude, just goes through the motions.
