Apple Bank's compliance department comes back & tells us that they did their due diligence and that "THERE IS NOTHING FURTHER" they can do regarding our swindled funds from a so called Grgory McMillin of 222 South Pinegrove Ave., Waterford Township, MI 95003 and their Wells Fargo a/c 98 979 9985 5374 9621 Management at Apple Bank located at 169 E 125st Did Not Do Their Due Diligence, for they should of notified me immediately when balance fell below requirement, never in the 43 years have we EVER move this amount ($11,700!!) of money from our account, this was fishy from the beginning to end, Wells Fargo is also in cahoots for their REFUSAL to return our hard end funds the following day. Attorney generals in NY, CA, MI, the FDIC, OCC, CIA, FBI, BBB(better business bureau), FTC, NYC Police Dept., the cfpb (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau fraud departments have been notified, and we'll not STOP AT ANYTHING until our funds are return, however long it takes, will be contacting ALL the newspapers in the USA to investigate this unfortunate matter. Managers at 125st Apple Bank did NOT do DILIGENCE prior to sending BOGUS wire! I should of been notified, and all they can say is I'm sorry for your lost. Upper management (M.Muscats) was no help either, for all he did was put our case on compliance dept., who also lack any knowledge of what transpired. They will be hearing from ALL the above agencies. People need to know if their life long savings are safe at APPLE Bank for savings.

Went there for an ATM withdrawl at approx. 6:50pm on 3/5/23 and I Got cursed out by the night time security guard when I asked him what's his purpose because he was there watching videos on his phone while sitting on the counter that's for customer's usage with his shoes off...AS IF ITS HIS LIVING ROOM. Photos attached.Edited March 26,2023 below.Revisited this branch for an ATM withdrawal and the guard had their Bluetooth speaker turned up 100 watching a movie in the enclosed area (I guess for the theater effect) while sitting atop the customer counter watching the movie on their phone. Updated photo attatched. That security company they use have the ABSOLUTE LAZIEST security guards who seem to think sitting on the counter designed for customer's is part of their job.If you read my review, please give me a thumbs up. Thanks

Pay attention to your account once you leave that bank dealing with the teller. They made a mistake and put my money into someone else account, which was probably there personal account if you ask me!! And it was done on a totally different day! I never step foot in that bank on that day!

My Bank Of America branch, for a year has been closed, and Apple Bank on the same block is open providing excellent service. it's why I made the move. And glad I did

The Apple bank manager doesn't understanding business paper work to open a business account. She bring her othe banker to find out what she need. finally she doesn't know what to do. She told me because her branch doesn't have business accounts holders and she don't know how. Attention to Apple bank main office. Please teach your manager and other worker how to open a business accounts and customers service, because they don't know how to do customers service?

Your website is the worst. I am trying to set up bill pay payments for my parents and the system won't connect. Will be closing every account they have and go to a major bank

Worst bank in the entire world. Avoid like the plague. At branch everyone is grumpy and bothered and doesn’t know what they are doing and on the phone they are equally inept with zero computer skills in their online banking department.

Help your customers. I opened an IRA is the 80's and even though they have verified I am the owner of the account, they refuse to help me get my account number and I need distribution of the funds. Worst customer service people ever. Calling Banking commission to see how I should proceed.

Honestly speaking, I would never wanna work for Apple bank, they are the worst of the worst. I was scheduled for an interview for bank teller, I met all the qualifications for the position and never get called back. So I called and they already have someone took the position, what’s the point of an interview if you already had a person. Don’t waste your time with working at a bank, it’s bogus.

I have held a business account with Apple Bank for years now. After reading the reviews below, I thought it would be of service to provide a response. I understand customer's frustrations with the bureaucracy associated with Apple Bank. However, there are a few things that they need to understand. Apple Bank is a "savings" bank as opposed to a "commercial" bank like Chase. In theory, their money is technically safer with a "savings" bank than a "commercial" bank. If you want to understand the difference, I advise you perform your own research. Apple Bank has a very old school feel to it. You will notice many of their branches are in historic bank buildings and sometimes it seems like they haven't upgraded their policies or technology in decades either. That being said, if you are willing to accept that they function differently than a commercial bank, there are some benefits. The most important benefit and why I have stuck with them so long is that their rates, fees and rules are significantly better than commercial banks for businesses.

Always slow, always short of staff. Curious as to why they switch staff so much, most of the employees don't last more than 6 months there.
