My appointment was at 545 I was here 20 min early as I am always prompt. It's already 550 and I'm still waiting. I see employees at the genius bar literally chatting, wth are they even doing here. Very unprofessional. Disrespectful of appointment time. Not a hospitable place.

There were no apples it was just a lot of nerds and to a lot of apples they needed more apples. There were apples in the pics in there but no apples.

Great location, super friendly staff, and a stellar building, layout! The skylight and stairs in the center of this location brighten up the entire store. It is a very busy help desk, so be sure you schedule ahead of time or else you won’t be able to Get your questions answered.

My recent visit to the Apple Store was a lifesaver. I forgot my iPhone passcode and needed it unlocked and updated. The staff was friendly and efficient. The whole process was quick, and I left with a fully functional phone. Thanks, Apple Store, for the prompt and professional service!

The only reason I am giving the rating a 5, is because of Ricardo they associated ended up assisting me at the end. He was exquisite, well mannered, knowable, not overbearing. Just made me feel very comfortable with my purchase.

The Apple Store staff were amazing at this store, especially Patrick! They were there to help me with getting my new phone and setting it up. When I had issues with my carrier, Patrick helped me tremendously and made it his mission to help me get me my phone and set it up. Very grateful to have Patrick helping me and being at this Apple Store!

My favorite store ever, why not? I use iPhone and I'm a fan of iPhone for years. I came to shopping in Soho and always stop by at this Apple location. Staff are good, always keep eyes on you every of your move. Just snap your fingers then they will pop up and ask what you are looking for.The stuff at the store, often rotate quick every season. Still in late Summer but almost Fall. Lots of goods have been always so I ended up didn't get what I wanted but have to go to another location to get the item.

I went in looking to buy a new phone. I walked in, the front person ignored me. I went to the phones and tried getting the attention of three different agents but they ignored me. Finally got the attention of one gentleman who said I needed to be in a queue. Understandable since it’s busy but when I went to front person again they helped someone else when it was my turn to ask to be put in the queue. I left. I worked in retail so I understand being overwhelmed with a lot of customers especially rude ones but being shrugged off was a bit frustrating

I've had to use them several times they are friendly and amazingly helpful. No snooty attitude. Everyone I've encountered there is willing to do the little extra to help you. A million times better then the one on Flatbush Ave.

On August 10, 2023, I purchased an iPhone 13 at the Apple SoHo store in Manhattan. I traded in my old iPhone SE3 as part of the exchange. The store attendant, Rachel, assisted me throughout the process. During the purchase, I repeatedly requested Rachel to transfer all the data from my old device to the new phone. I specifically mentioned that I had not backed up the data on my old phone. Rachel agreed to this and instructed me to complete the new phone purchase process before initiating the data transfer. After going through all the required steps, Rachel informed me that the data transfer would take about an hour. I agreed since I had the time. However, during the data transfer process, Rachel made a significant mistake. Without my consent, she inexplicably pressed the button to erase my phone, resulting in the loss of all my data. Upon realizing that my phone had been wiped, I immediately asked her why she had erased my phone when the data transfer hadn't taken place yet.She began to panic and sought help from other store employees, suggesting that I could restore the data using a computer at home. Yet, I had already informed her that I had no backups. At this point, upon learning from other employees that erased data could not be recovered, Rachel did something extremely infuriating - she fabricated a massive lie. She claimed she needed to check with technical staff in the back of the store and then hastily left.After waiting for around half an hour without her returning, we realized that she had left. We promptly informed other store employees about the situation. The store manager was called in, and after understanding the situation, he mentioned he would look into Rachel's whereabouts and left. After waiting for quite a while, the manager returned and told us he couldn't find Rachel, and her phone was also unreachable. The manager then brought in the employee who had interacted with Rachel earlier for us to explain the situation to them. They confirmed our account to be accurate. Rachel indeed erased a customer's phone without consent and irresponsibly fled after realizing her mistake. After negotiating with the manager, we reluctantly agreed to a compensation package consisting of AirPods and a phone case. Given that we were overseas customers and didn't have the luxury of time to deal with this matter extensively, and also considering our imminent return to our home country in three days, we reluctantly accepted the compensation offered by the manager.We believe Rachel might have been aware of our status as overseas buyers, which could have influenced her careless and evasive handling of the situation. All the vital information, particularly the photos of my daughter from birth to her current age of two, were lost due to this incident. We received no apology from Rachel and wasted nearly three hours of our time, only to receive a compensation of AirPods and a phone case, items often given away during promotions. I am truly disappointed with this entire experience.After contacting Apple Soho and further discussing the situation, their decision not to compensate for my losses has left me extremely shocked.

I used to have a great opinion of this store, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. I had an appointment for a MacBook checkup at 8:30 pm, but after arriving there with my laptop i was told that the technician wasn’t available and left at 8 pm. I received no notification from Apple about this change. The manager’s behavior was exceptionally rude, and I received no assistance despite my efforts, including a two-mile walk to get there.

Biggest Scam in the world it’s always how are you paying for your $793 phone but it’s never how would you like refund for the money you wasted on garbage. How do you check for receipts for a return but not check id when purchasing that’s a lot of money for it to go to waste because of fools who think they’re above GOD or DOG or GOV I guess who knows.

You do not meed to see Apple store pics. But what I wanted to highlight is that sales individuals are honest. Wanted to buy an Apple Watch Ultra and read in blogs that the might not work if you have tattoos, which I have. They advised me in fact that it would be better not to buy the article since it may not work. Great example of honesty ?
