Called ahead to see if I could pick up a replacement AirPods case, after 20 minutes back and forth on hold with someone who was very kind but zero help, I was told she couldn’t reach the store and couldnt confirm they’d have cases there but to show up and see. When I arrived I was told I needed an appointment, to buy a case… not the first time this place has been less than helpful

Poor service also homeless guy in store grooming self and removes bugs from himself. Pretty disturbing. I notified store security who indicated he was aware and not interested in addressing. Will not be back.

On Yelp this store gets 2.5 starts.If this store gets overall 2.5 stars, there is a reason.I had a problem with my phone and went to this store.I was talking with a representative when another one interrupted our conversation. The first woman tried to explain my problem to the second one. She quickly dismissed me and directed me to "see that station?" and charge my cell to see if it worked.without explaining how to do. I went back and she then explained it annoyed and barely looking at me.I tried to charge it, no knowing how long could it take, and then I stopped the 3rd representative, and he quickly responded "if doesnt charge it is dead" (can anyone say how long would it take to charge it? seconds? minutes?)BUT he didnt have time to solve the problemI stopped another one "I am sorry I am not here for this"I searched for another representative, explained for the 5th times the problem, her answer was "But do you want to buy a new phone? Ok, I will ask someone to come and help you. It will take 20 min"I left. I went to Apple store 5th avenue. Everything was done in 30 minutes.Apple: if a store gets 2.5 stars (or less), close it.Or try to choose better employees not annoyed, lazy, not competent people

Disappointing Customer Service at Apple StoreExperiences with the Apple Store's customer service have been consistently disappointing. Despite making appointments, I've waited up to two hours for assistance - every time.The staff's unfriendly and robotic demeanor adds to the frustration. It feels like they're disconnected from customer needs.For a company like Apple, known for quality and user experience, this level of service is unacceptable.

I had a really positive experience getting a demo of the new Vision Pro at Apple Upper East Side today. Even when I was running late for my scheduled demo time, the manager made me feel taken care of and helped fit me in. The technical associate who helped me, Hank, was an absolute gem and guided me through the demo with wit and kindness. Thank you for making my day a little brighter!

I just purchased a brand new apple watch from this location. And I must say that I had such a wonderful time discussing all it's new features with the most lovely employee there named April. Not only was she insightful and easy to talk to, she made me feel that I made the most appropriate choice in my purchase. I'm loving all the gizmos and gadgets that have come with my new watch. 10/10!

Updated 2 years later: had to come back for an issue with my new iPhone as it’s the only store nearby- service has not improved- I am currently 20 minutes into my appointment after being checked in and have not been seen. Do not come here if you value your time!Came here for a 3pm appt- waited 40 minutes before flagging someone down to find that someone had opened my appt and left so I had been forgotten. Was promised the next technician. That was over 10 minutes ago and I am still waiting
