My go to location for all Apple problems i end up having.No matter the time, i never have to wait long to be taken care of, compared to other locations I’ve been at. Services are always quick and easy and well taken care of, what more could an apple customer want!

Nice shop and very attentive staff. You can test Vision Pro, but you have to make an appointment. The store is open 24 hours.

I dream this place. Trying out the virtual glasses is a unique experience and it's free. There is everything new in this Apple store. Prices don't have much of an advantage because of taxes.

A+ I recommend booking any appointments beforehand so you aren’t stuck waiting around (although it is on Fifth Avenue, there’s lots to do nearby!)

We waited for 15 min and then left since nobody came and helped us with our purchase. It’s annoying because there are many employees walking around, talking to each other but they do not help the customers.

It's impossible to make a purchase in this store. If you have time to spare watching employees roam around with iPads, chatting rather than assisting, then you might find yourself standing by a display, hoping someone will attend to you—even though they say it'll only take 10 minutes.

The Apple store is usually bustling, and the staff appear rushed, leaving little time for personalized customer service. I've observed that only a handful of employees demonstrate expertise, while others seem inexperienced and lack knowledge about the products they sell.
