Sent in a vintage S.T Dupont light for repair. Very quick and the lighter works great and still looks great as well! Highly recommend and will be using this shop again for future repairs and or purchase!

This is a gem of a store in Manhattan. David, the owner, is a class act and so knowledgeable about pens and lighters. If you need anything, especially DuPont, this is your place. It’s the real deal.

I was utterly disappointed when I tried to use the services of this shop to have my still under warranty Dupont lighter's switch fixed.The shop did not reply to me before I enquired about my lighter a month after posting it because they only had my postal address.When I finally talked to them they said they would show my lighter to a technician who apparently ruled that my lighter had suffered a shock from the scratchings on it and they told me that it was something that was not covered by the warranty, provided photos of examples of lighters badly damaged in that manner.The issue is that my lighter has never suffered any shock, the switch just stopped functioning and also the scratches on it don't look a tenth like the examples provided since they are just the result of cohabitating with my keys.They have managed to shake my confidence in a brand that I have been buying since 2002.Dupont used to honour its warranties, I guess all things change.The reason why this review has two stars instead of one is because they at least sent me back my lighter swiftly when I asked them to.

This shop has a large selection of merchandise I was looking for (Dupont precisely). Customer service is excellent, David and Sasha were very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and will return.

A slopppily attired older man and long haired hippie make for a very poor representation of luxury brand S T Dupont. As the only Dupont dealer in NY,you would certainly expect the company to be better represented than by these two men. Quite sad for reputation of Dupont

I brought my late fathers DuPont silver lighter into them, it had sat unused for over a decade but the lighter itself was at least 45 years old. I just received it back and its working just as I had always remembered. Thanks for excellent service and returning it to me quickly.
