We were very happy with the hotel. The rooms were very attractive and clean. Particularly noteworthy is the authentic friendliness of the staff. We were also happy with the location. The location is ideal for exploring the south of Manhattan or taking the ferry to Brooklyn/Williamsburg. The hotel is also in a quiet location by New York standards. Especially compared to Midtown, it is quieter and there are fewer strange characters walking around. However, you can hear air conditioning and other pipes. We could live with that.

Wonderful boutique hotel the staff were so very helpful and accommodating. David the concierge was so helpful taking care of our luggage, helping us arrange for our tour for the day and arranging a town car to take us to the airport. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. Close to many attractions. I would stay here again.

This hotel was great. The hospitality was great and friendly. The king size bedroom was good a decent size and clean. The location is great too so many places that is walking distance and the train station is across the street. Definitely would come back here to stay again.

Fantastic experience!!!!! We are leaving and leaving a piece of our heart here and in this wonderful city. The hotel truly lived up to expectations, fantastic staff, punctual and precise services. Right and super functional rooms with additional services that are really important for a traveler, water in the room every day and coffee machine ? in short for us EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE and if I ever return here we will definitely stay at the Artzen Hotel ❤️

Flew into New York and had to stay one night here. The Artezen is a lovely little boutique hotel with a fabulous smelling lobby! The room is New York small but clean and well appointed with complimentary cookies, chips and coffee. There is no parking on site, so you have to park your car a few blocks away. The hotel validates the parking so you get a small discount off the published rates (it comes to $45 a night).Overall a very pleasant stay....

It was a lovely hotel. We were on one of the top floors and the lift was not working for a couple of days so that was a bit frustrating. The hotel is very close to various metro stations, WWC memorial and museum, lots of shops cafes and bars around. Staff is polite, you can borrow an umbrella on a rainy day, they can keep your luggage safe if you want to store it for the day. The room service is great and rooms overall are of very high standard. There is now a rooftop bar upstairs which is cool as well.

Super recommended!!! The comfortable rooms, with good wifi, good cleanliness and attention from the staff!! Detail noMinor!!! Super comfortable bed and quality linen such as sheets and towels and the amenities are excellent coffee and water every day (that's why they charge you a fee of 16.01 per day) in a few words...instead of putting it in the rate They charge you separately!!!They have a bar on the 20th floor for drinks and some options for dinner, very well served!!! And something I don't understand...while staying at the hotel they also charged me a fee of 18%...it's not understandable...But I still recommend!!! For location, attention and service!!!Nearby activities: Close to the metro close to everything!!!

Our stay at the Artezen was truly fantastic (and we've stayed at many different hotels around the city). From the moment you enter the hotel, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism. We didn't encounter a single member of the hotel staff that wasn't friendly. The lobby is clean, elegant and it smelled great, too. The hotel itself is well situated (for being near Wall Street) and close to public transit. The rooms (we stayed in two different ones, after a last-minute cancelled flight) are larger than what you'd typically expect in New York, well-appointed, and modern. The only things I'd recommend to management (which doesn't warrant docking a star, but is worth noting):1. There is nowhere to hang a coat. There's wall space aplenty, so I'd recommend installing coat hangers; and2. The shower head doesn't move, so one needs to stand directly below it or use the handheld. A new, movable shower head would be welcomed by many, I'm sure. That's it. An otherwise exceptional stay, and I'd gladly choose Artezen again on our next visit to the city.

I did not appreciate the "surprise" facility tax of 16$/day. Not fair.

Great hotel in the financial district, very comfortable room, well-trained reception service to welcome tourists.Optimal value for money.Next to Furton station and 350 meters from the WTC and 500 meters from wall street.Everything close to the hotel, to get around NYC.
