This was prepaid card that my friend bought for 1 month with this store location. We paid $65 but AT&T was upgrading the system at that time. Staff said the money went in $35, they suggested to put more $30. Later, we told them that we don't need $35 because we were just tourist. Staff said to get a refund by calling a customer services but they said, we should get the refund at the store. I went back to the store they insisted us to call the customer services and told us prepaid can't be refunded. Right now, we are hanging in the air. Balance on the phone was just $65 not even extra $30 that we don't need.

Alex, Darien & Richard who run the store are Gentlemen. Their professionalism & empathy of Darien who cared for my purchases. I have experienced all workers yesterday & previously. I lost my phone and I went into the store twice and both times the people who work there were amazing they went out of their way they took their time to talk to me and they helped me restore my old phone with a new Sim card. In a time where customer service is lost they excelled beyond any expectation I would’ve had for a service that did not cost that much. They are all great here and I highly highly recommend using this store for your phone needs as they are amazing.

Sean and the team at ATT on 8th avenue are knowledgeable, trustworthy and solid all around. Not the case at every ATT store I've visited in NYC. Definitely worth getting anything you need from this store, especially if you need advice. They know what they are doing here. 5 stars all around. Thanks for your help guys!

What I thought was a pleasant phone upgrade experience turned into pure shadiness when I received my recent AT&T bill. I never asked to sign up for insurance and was never informed about it. I also told Darien I did not want to sign up for the AT&T Next Up(SM) phone upgrade feature and it looks like he decided to sign me up for the service anyways. I had to spend about 30-40 minutes to get this issue resolved with AT&T customer service. I would never come back here. I can see that their style is to press some buttons on the tablet without letting you see what they are doing. I would say that the experience felt more like a scam.

The manager, Richard, was very courteous and professional. He went out of his way to make sure that I received my new iPhone 12 mini all the way in Queens. He also was very knowledgeable about the various plans that would suit me both professionally and personally. I would recommend this location and this manager for all of your mobile needs.
