I traded in my daughter’s phone, the sales rep said “get 2 I watches for $7 a month, nothing extra” I asked, “ 2x the bill will only show $7 a month higher?” He insisted “yes” he stole the trade in, and the watches are $30 per month each, and he never listed the traded phone, I’m being charged $100 extra per month. So it’s 4 months later, and I call the store weekly to find out about the refund. They fired the guy, and now I wait for the refund. Make sure you get the letter that states a refund is added to your account. The manager has been trying to help, still waiting

Jordan lied to me about the promotion and charged me 400. Back in October 2021, the manager Jordan said every card associated with an individual plan is free, later I found out it is actually 30 dollars each. Jordan is a piece of shit

couldn't wait to get home to review this place. i called earlier asking for a specific iphone phone color and the person on the phone promised it would be there. i get there and it's been sold and all i can get is an apology(which isn't enough because i would've called other locations if i knew they were just going to sell the one phone i asked them to put away for me). even better, i stepped in and 2 of the 3 staff members were busy helping other customers. there was one black man on his phone who made no move to help me, so i assumed he was a customer too. lo and behold when several non black customers come in(asian and white people), he jumps at the chance to assist them. when i walked in he didn't even look up from his screen to greet me. don't come here.

WARNING: ATT customer care says there is a wide-spread issue with store employees "losing" customer's trade in devices and to deal with customer service directly going forward. I am definitely taking their advice, after this. --1000 stars for their total incompetency handing a (let's call is "lost" for now) phone which I returned for an upgrade in-store. On March 11, 2023, I went into this store to upgrade my phone. "Latasha B" worked with me. I wanted the red Iphone 14 which was not in stock. It was supposed to be sent to my house with the return envelope. I got an email saying that it was instead being delivered to their store. I went into the store to exchange out the phones on March 19th, 2023 "Alice C and Karyna G"(their names are on my receipts) did not process the trade it. I have now had to pay $450.00 to keep my phone from being disconnected. The store managers completely do not care (AG, and the others) have been trying to resolve this since August -- despite there being CCTV film of me returning it at 1pm on March 19th, 2023 -- they keeping telling me to call customer service because they don't have a record of the return in their computer and cannot view the CCTV that far back. Does this make sense?!! It doesn't matter if there is no record in their computer bc their employees didn't process it!!! this is the entire point -- the phone WAS returned. This is an inventory issue in their store -- not a customer's (me) issue with ATT that I should have to pay for. Had I know that once I gave the phone to an ATT store (not their corporate), that I could still be on the line financially for the cost of the phone, I would have never done the trade in with the store. They were not even supposed to have had the phone shipped to the store. Customer service for ATT as advised me if this store does not help to resolve this -- I need to call the police and file a report for theft and take legal action. I don't think this store wants me to get the cops involved, but I def will file a police report if that is what it takes to get the funds back I had to pay for their incompetence in losing this phone. I would like to deal with this amicably but the management is leaving me no other choice but to move to legal resolutions.

I had the worst customer service experience of my life here and am considering ending my relationship with ATT. I needed an eSIM card replaced because I couldn't call the customer service line since i didn't have a sim card. When I went there, I was told there was nothing they can do WHEN THEY'RE A FLAGSHIP ATT STORE. Completely useless, I don't know why they're being paid.

Staff was super here☺️ I came in with my phone stuck on SOS mode & there were circumstances that made it more difficult to solve but the support staff here patiently figured out ways to navigate the whole thing till my phone was A-okay. She was awesome

I went to this AT&T store because I told to by customers service while on the phone with them. I canceled my services over two years ago and AT&T kept charging me for a smart watch. The watch cost, $479.99, I was charged, $853.99. Once I realized it I called customer services. I was treated with attitude and hang upsI called a total of (8) times, spoked to (2) supervisors. I'm still waiting for my refund. I would never deal with AT&T or recommend them to anyone.
