No one is ever eager to go to a phone store but I’ve had to go 3 times this month and every single time the employees were extremely friendly, easily helped me, and made the process as headache-less as they could. They clearly enjoy working with eachother and as far as phone stores goes- this one is the least miserable I’ve been to. Huge shoutout to Lionel, Michael, and all the employees working here.

If you're looking for reasonable service, this place isn't it. They've wasted my time twice now. Walked in last week during working hours only to be told I had to leave because they had to close the store all of a sudden to take their breaks. Okay, fine. Went back a few days later hoping for better luck but they doubled down on the terrible service by telling me they couldn't help me. Sassy dude behind the counter, Hector, had an attitude from the jump. Then went on to provide some arbitrary reasoning to not do his job. Like clearly you're in a pissy mood but customers shouldn't have to feel the brunt of it. Do better.

Arrived at the store at 7pm on Friday. Google Maps said the store closes at 8, but the doors were locked and no one was there.

I would like to thank Hector and Rolson for their professionalism as well as the store manager Yaya for her support.I went to this AT & T store three times: to make changes to my account, to connect a new cell phone to my account, and to connect an apple watch to my account. Every time, I got consistent, amazing service. Each individual mentioned above has excellent technical expertise; better yet, when certain challenges arise, the whole team supports each other. The most impressive part is that they are very patient and gracious with me who is a dinosaur when it comes to technology. While waiting for the data transfer to happen, I also observed how they serviced other walk-in customers. Let me tell you, thumbs up! They are responsive (greet the customer and inquire about his/her needs immediately), efficient and effective! I won't hesitate to do business with them again and again!

You don't think a visit to an AT&T store could be "amazing" but I'm here to tell you that this location is something special! Rolson, the Assistant Manager, is a ROCK STAR. He went so beyond in terms of helping me pick out a new phone. His positive personality, caring attitude, and just how amazing and supportive he was being with ALL of the customers was like customer service on steroids! There was even one customer who was mad and frustrated about something or other and he was so gracious, even as she bordered on rude. At another point, while my data was transferring, I watched him leap to the front door to help a sweet little old lady enter the store and then kindly and patiently solve her phone problems while simultaneously managing a bunch of other situations. You could tell all the other workers were great too, and I saw how they worked together like a team, including the door greeter and the Manager, Yaya. I could go on -- but it's businesses like this that make me proud to be a New Yorker -- you don't see kindness like this everywhere in the world - no less at an AT&T store..so I hope AT&T higher ups recognize this store's achievements with a raise and recognition -- because when you have an experience as I have, it creates brand loyalty in a way that no ad or promotion can do -- my point being that AT&T will now have a customer for LIFE all because of Rolson and his AMAZING help. THANK YOU!!
