This AT&T store was the 3rd one I went to today, trying to return a defective phone I received, that I purchased online. The other two insisted that because I purchased it online, I could not return it in-store. Even though AT&T customer service said that I could.Sales rep, Lasandra C, confirmed immediately, that I can definitely return in-store. She was patient, tried her very best to help. Her and JT. From now on, I will only do business at this AT&T location.

A location perfectly strategically placed for clients in the heart of Manhattan where the staff there is mega professional and eager to help you with any problem you have. I recommend it!

Went to the AT&T store at 1382 Third Ave. in Manhattan today for help using a Samsung Galaxy phone. Was so very fortunate to be helped by the most patient, caring young man named Sal. He answered every question, made great suggestions, and could not have been more helpful, patient, or kind. If you ever need any help, please make your way to this location if possible and ask for Sal. You will be in wonderful hands. Thanks Sal!!!

If you are a tourist, do not buy anything here! I have to say that the staff were helpful at the first stop, but unfortunately they don’t know the products. So the sold line with hotspot was without the hotspot. Once I have found this out and came back for a refund, they completely switched. They claimed it wasn’t mentioned it is with the hotspot (what they have confirmed of course) and refuse the refund. I have to speak with the manager and after a half hour he decided to give me the money back.But that’s not all. After one month I was charged again. This is really a terrible ripoff. You cannot even login to their portal and cannot cancel. Go for T-Mobile, way better services and support.

It's Saturday at 9:42am and the store was supposed to be open at 9am. I am very disappointed that it's closed. By the way, there is no holiday today. Perhaps, just a late employee. 2 Stars.

Service at 1330 6th Avenue is terrible. Staff were not personable at all - very flat and detached. I could not wait to get out of there. The energy in there was very low and unfriendly.

I arrived in a blind panic because someone had just stolen my phone. Lilly was amazing - she took me though exactly what I needed to do to file a claim and get a replacement device. She was also incredibly kind and patient during the whole process and really helped calm what was a very stressful situation for me. Thank you for your excellent assistance!

DO NOT EAT AT THE SABRETT HOT DOG STAND RIGHT OUTSIDE THIS ATT SHOP, 53RD AND 6TH. Older fellow sells them. The meats coming out had a grey color. They did not taste like Sabrett. I complained and threw mine in the trash in front of him it was THAT BAD. I asked if they were Sabrett, he said he didn't understand. I told him it didn't taste like it. I'm a very fair guy, but feeding people fake meat brands, acting like he doesn't know what I'm talking about, and possibly a spoiled meat is awful. Before you order, ask the price and observe the meat. Should be more pink than grey.

I would like to express my gratitude to the employees of this AT&T department, namely the Gerrell employee. At the first visit, he helped us figure out how to buy iPhones and hand over the old ones to trade-in, he gave us excellent advice on the operator's tariffs. We understood him perfectly, even though we don't know English well. After visiting this branch, we had positive feedback about At&T in general. Thanks again to Gerrell for the excellent service. The guy really tried to help us and he did it. We are very glad that we fell for this particular employee!

Tried to get a watch today and the man that decided to help me was less than helpful. Had the worst attitude for absolutely no reason and prompted me to pay a $1500 balance that I didn’t have to pay then told me to call customer service. I called customer service right away and they were able to process my payment and order my watch in the span of 10 minutes.I went the day before and both Stephen and Stefan were extremely helpful, they even told me to come back the next day(today) to get my issue resolved. Thankful for them and I hope they have a great new year. I will never step foot back in there though.
