I can’t speak highly enough about our experience with Levani Zazade. My husband and I went to three Audi dealerships and he was the only one who didn’t go back or change numbers on our trade in. He was responsive and helpful during a stressful time. He took time over the weekend to answer questions and make the transaction smooth. Highly recommend!

I recently took my Audi Q7 in for routine maintenance and had a few minor additional requests for service. As always, the team, particularly Elizabeth Minaya, provided exceptional service that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was evident from the moment I arrived until the moment I drove away. Every aspect of my vehicle's care was handled with the utmost precision and professionalism. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for Elizabeth and the maintenance team. I highly recommend their services to any Audi owner who values quality and exceptional service.

We had a great experience at Audi Manhattan. Charles Gaeta was incredibly helpful finding us the perfect Audi Q5 that met our expectations. We test drove with him and his knowledge and experience really solidified our decision to purchase. I would absolutely recommend him for anyone in the market looking for a new car.

Something's changed over at Manhattan Audi. I'm a previous customer and had good experiences in the past, like many of the older reviews on here. But I just went in to purchase and geez, did they try to take advantage of me. I get it, you're a car dealership, your initial offer is gonna low ball, and you're gonna try and sell high, but these weren't negotiation tactics. They were downright scammy. I had visited previous dealerships (Audi and non-Audi) outside the city before going to them, and each of those offered a fair incentive on my leased VW car (VW is under the Audi umbrella) to turn in. Audi Manhattan wanted to CHARGE ME to take it. And the confusing way they listed it in the offer and glossed over it, was so deceitful. On top of that, they charge a $1500 operational fee, which was explained to me to help pay for the daily operations of the dealership (sounds like a dealership resort fee, lol). And they were very vague and confusing the way the pre-certified was explained. Even though the cars were listed as certified Pre-Owned, they told me they could "certify them" for an additional fee, which was buying an additional warranty. It was all confusing, but now having read some of the other negative reviews of people who also were given this same weird spin, I see it was just another attempt to take advantage of me. Thankfully, I walked right out and will never be back. Better off buying outside the city. Didn't get this anywhere else.

I had an excellent experience working with James Cantalini at Audi Manhattan. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the cars and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. He was patient and never pressured me into making a decision. His friendly and professional demeanor made the entire car buying process enjoyable. I appreciated his transparency and willingness to answer all my questions. Thanks to his guidance, I found the perfect car. I highly recommend James Cantalini for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant car-buying experience.

I've owned lots of luxury cars over the years. BMW's are generally flawless. But in 2021 I decided to get the sleek Audi A7. I have to admit that it drives very well. Unfortunately nothing else about the car works right. The electronics and computer system is the worst of any car on the road today. For reference I'm a computer technician so I know this stuff. The car has been in the shop 6 times in 3 years for system failures. Once the entire dashboard went black while driving down a highway at night. The entertainment system has had to be replaced twice and still reboots on a regular basis, loses my station settings and turns off randomly for no apparent reason. The navigation system is completely useless including the so-called "safety" features which stop you from doing simple things while driving like seeing your route, forcing you to use your phone GPS instead, which is actually dangerous. And finding a destination is a hit and miss proposition so I usually just use my phone in the end. And don't get me started on the sensors. When parking, the beeping noises bear no relation to reality. A car behind you could be 10 feet away and the noise gets so loud it sounds as if you're about to crash at high speed. I constantly have to hit the "X" to turn it all off. And sometimes in heavy traffic the sensors and beeping start up, I'm pretty sure just to annoy me. Speaking of which, the touch display screen they use is more than annoying. It tricks you into pressing too hard on what is actually a solid glass screen. It's a terrible technology I haven't seen in other cars. Oh and God forbid you back up slowly and there's a car or person off to the side (which could be 20 feet away) the computer slams on the brakes emitting an incredibly scary grinding sound effect. The first time this happened I almost had a heart attack. I've gotten a little bit used to it but, since then, I'm just generally scared to back up. Oh and the $500 a year for Audi Connect? Save your money. The Wifi never worked and as far as I can tell, it serves no other purpose. The Audi Connect app is similarly useless except for the time I was unpacking my car in front of my building one summer day, windows open, the key in its holder between the seats, I removed some things from the trunk, left for a minute, and returned to find that the car had shut the windows and locked itself. Just before using a sledgehammer, I remembered about the app, which of course had again locked me out until I changed the password. But I was able to use it to unlock the doors so kudos for that. The car also does many annoying things like letting you know for the thousandth time that "your mobile device is still in the vehicle!" In my entire life of driving I've never yelled at a car even once before my Audi experience. I hate this car with a passion and I tell it so every day. Which brings me to Audi of Manhattan service. There isn't any and I know why. The management is never there. Try calling the general manager or assistant manager. Never there. And even the employees will sometimes admit that the place is run terribly. There's actually so much more but I've had enough. My 3 year lease of purgatory is over in January and I just can't wait for my brand new BMW! Do yourself a big favor and buy any other brand of car.

Just picked up my new Q5 from here and couldn’t be happier! Working with James was incredible. You can tell he is a car junkie and his enthusiasm for the Audi brand made my car buying experience enjoyable. In addition James went above and beyond to get a deal done working extended hours and on off days. Audi Manhattan is lucky to have him as an asset. The dealership overall brings a level of professionalism and courtesy that’s hard to find. Looking forward to many years to come with my new vehicle.

I recently had an experience with Audi Manhattan that I must share as an example to all out-of-state buyers who want to do business with this dealership.I flew into NYC from Northern Vermont to purchase a very specific used 2021 Q7 that took weeks to track down, and I was quite disappointed with the how the experience ended.First of all, despite my repeated requests for more photos of the vehicle, which they provided some, they failed to disclose some significant cosmetic defects. I was told and trusted that the 3 rounds of photos were comprehensive, so I organized the wire transfer, a one way plane ticket, hotel stay and transportation to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, we made good progress on the sale. There was another car “stuck” in the delivery bay so we went through the car in the dark storage garage. We signed all the documents needed in the F/I office and set up the vehicle with my phone and preferences. I was very excited and pleased with the process and vehicle so far.On the way out, we entered a service garage area that had much better lighting. I was shocked to discover a large windshield chip that the dealership attempted to fill (poorly). I asked what that was and he tried to pass it off as dirt. When it wouldn’t rub off, it was clear it was a chip that he “missed”. Clearly someone knew about this as there was a poor attempt at a repair. I protested with the salesman, and I was rushed out of the garage and off-premise. The overall attitude and response was too late now buddy, gotcha…..Once I completed my 6-hour journey home, I discovered paint marks from another vehicle on the driver's side mirror, and a substantial chunk of rubber missing from the tire sidewall. These issues were not mentioned or documented in photos, and it felt like they were purposefully hidden from me. I was also told that the vehicle got new tires, and using a tire depth gauge at home, they average 5 32nds. Not even close to new. What disappointed me even more was their response when I pointed out the problems and asked them to refund some of my deposit funds as a compromise so I could repair the damage (the rest of the funds were sent via wire). The salesman and the sales manager made it clear that their only compromise was for me to drive the car all the way back to them, and they would refund the purchase price. I asked what they would think if their stonewalling made it to a google review and was told “don’t make threats like that, it won’t get you far here.”I asked how would I get home if I turned around and returned the car (I was already half way through Massachusetts), and was told they were "going to have to check on" if they would reimburse my travel expenses back home. Not confidence inspiring or a likely outcome. They knew I wouldn’t turn around because it would be a considerable inconvenience and add a lot of additional cost for me, so they didn’t budge. This lack of transparency and their unwillingness to take responsibility for the situation left a bitter taste in my mouth. For these reasons, I give Audi Manhattan a two-star rating. I hope they can improve their communication and customer service in the future to avoid causing similar inconveniences to other customers who travel from out of state.

I have not purchased a car in many years. Juan was very helpful in explaining the benefits for me between leasing and buying. As soon as I met him we immediately developed a relationship that I felt I could trust. He was listening to me and talking to me not at me a trait a really despise. I left with very good information and will return shortly to close the deal. Thank You Juan!!

Great customer service from Charles Gaeta. The transaction was a breeze and Charles made sure I was had a 360 review of Audi operating systems before I left the showroom. Love my new Q5 -- especially on the highway. Thank you Charles and thank you Audi Manhattan.

I just purchased an A8 and the car is fantastic! The car was delivered to me by a very knowledgeable and professional representative, Georgio. I was very anxious to drive the car and told this person that I would figure it out. I soon found out that I needed some tech help. I reached out to Levani. He could not have been more helpful with some of the tech questions I had and told me to call him with any questions. He put me on facetime and got right down to the resolution to my simple issue. He was happy to help out. Your company is represented very well by these two members of your team. Perfect customer service.
