But not just that, she don't even ask me if I really want the car, but decided to charged my card.She should be working taking orders on McDonald's not on Avis.

I had a great experience with this AVIS. I had never rented a car in the city before so I was quite apprehensive – but the staff was so nice and helpful it totally alleviated my anxieties. Both times I was there (for pickup and drop off), the staff totally made my day and were just so fun and funny. Wish I had gotten their names so I could shout them out properly! They were also flexible with an early return and helpful with all of my questions. I would definitely come back next time I need to rent a car!
