Did two rentals here. Very friendly staffs and easy to pickup and drop off. Cars were clean and no problem identified during a few days on the road. It will be great if they can extend the drop off time to the evening …. :). Will surely recommend to friends if they need to rent a car close to Ktown here…

Nov. 2023: I returned a one-way rental car here. Very quick and smooth process, friendly staff.(No hassle at all about mileage, fuel level, scratches or whatever other rental car companies try to fool you about these days.)

Warning: this place is understaffed. Reserve your car for about 1 hour ahead of when you actually need it so you can drive away on time. If you’re returning at 7am, keep in mind it will probably actually open at 7:05am.
