I had such high expectations of B&B Italia. My husband and I walked in to buy the Mario Bellini sofa. We sat on it, waited, and nothing. We did a loop around the store, waiting for someone to come help us and nothing. The receptionist nor the sales rep never acknowledged us or said hello. We left disappointed at the lack of respect, and spent more money elsewhere.
