I don’t know how this location is still holding on. It’s almost comical how bad the customer service is and has been for quite some time at this location. Also, they never seem to have any sizes or organization at all to the store - it constantly feels like the whole store is in a going out of business sale? But back to customer service - the staff could not POSSIBLY be bothered to help you or even acknowledge your existence. they might as well introduce a self checkout line too because it’s impossible to even buy anything - you have to beg someone to stand at the cash register long enough to ring you up!

I thought I was loosing it thinking that the staff was impossibly rude but reading the reviews I see other people have had the same experience as I did... I can't wait till the going out of business sale!

Worst customer service ever! Paid for next day delivery and tracking showed that item was not shipped two days after I ordered. When contacted customer service and asked when it would be delivered, they assumed no responsibility and said check fedex tracking to find out when the item would be delivered

Update your store hours???? REALLY frustrating to go out of your way after checking what time this store closes in multiple places as noted online. The store was closed when I arrived at 5:15pm. On saturday, the store says it closes at 7pm.

Been dear being at a female clothing company offers a variety of options for their clientele. Staff was friendly and accommodating to my friend while I pondered and she shopped. Recommend going if you are looking for the clothing type bandier offers. Store is incredibly clean, well lit and inviting as well.

This review pertains to the customer service of their online operations. Absolutely TERRIBLE client facing and customer service. The most frustrating process every making a purchase and a return. I purchased something and it never shipped, only three weeks later did I realize I made the purchase and had never received it. I notified them, and they said the order was lost and shipped it out. Then three days later the entire store goes on sale for Friends and Family. I bring the items to the store to see if they will honor to the new price in light of the recent purchase and the error on their part in the shipping process. They tell me they can't do it in store but to just e-mail and they will price adjust it. Meanwhile I had already e-mailed customer service twice with no response. Online customer service conveniently answers me after the sale is no longer on so that I cannot buy the items at a cheaper price and return the ones I already had. Because of this I asked to just initiate a return. Finally the return has been processed and they try to give me the entire amount in a store credit even though less than half of the initial order was purchase with a store credit to avoid giving me a refund. As soon as I can get rid of this damned store credit I will absolutely NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. ALSO, forgot to add that it is impossible to reach a human being via their customer service number so no clue why it even exists, no matter what option you press you just get sent to a recorded message that tells you to go online.

This place encapsulates every reason why I prefer to shop online. I browsed for about 20 minutes and the store associate did not even acknowledge me. I was the only person in the store. Didn't say hello, didn't ask me if I needed a size or a fitting room, nothing. They do you have a security guard, but why bother even having employees if they don't do anything for the customers? Might as well just have a self checkout kiosk at this point. Ended up trying on something I liked in the fitting room (both of which I found myself). But decided to put it back on the rack rather than spend $200 at a place with such awful customer service. It was cheaper on the brand site anyway.

Never shopping here again! TERRIBLEcustomer service. Ordered something online for an upcoming trip and expedited it. Received the wrong order. I’ve been reaching out all day hoping to get this sorted before I leave. FINALLY received an email this morning and haven’t heard back since. Never again.

Everyone that I encountered was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Spacious, comfortable atmosphere, I had a great experience, would definitely recommend to friends and family, or anyone who might be interested in the brand and the boutiques. They have a nice selection of exactly what you want and need. They are very conscious of the tends and what women like.

I have such bizarre experiences in this store. First, there's usually a security guard stationed right inside the door, along with a barrier sort of preventing you from fully walking into the store. It's an odd approach for a brand that carries similarly priced athleisure wear products as other brands steps away. You would have thought you were attempting to enter the Hermès store on Madison Ave. The clothing in there is ridiculously overpriced considering the quality. The employees in there don't seem to know what to do with themselves. It's a fairly small store with way more people working than shopping. They end up standing around looking at you awkwardly, asking you too many tines if you need help or conversing amongst themselves. Just go anywhere else BUT this store if you're looking for athletic gear. Or catch a sale Online.

DON'T DO IT! I purchased a pair of shoes --and I still do not have tracking for them. There is no answer at customer service; as well Bandier is not responding to my emails. I am going to mark this purchase with my credit card company for full refund. Don't even bother with this company!
