Really bad service, the tellers are never available and give a ton of attitude when you ask politely for service.

One teller working at 1pm on a Wednesday. Unacceptable. Shouldn't need to wait in line for 30 minutes to visit the bank. He was very nice, which is the only reason it's not getting 1 star.

Horrible experience with this branch. Since the moment we walked in everybody treated us like we were suspicious and we felt like we are not welcomed.Stay away!!!!!!!!!

Do not get a B of A credit card. They are separate from regular bank and they are cold, rude and robotic. They will slap on as many fees as possible and tell you they cannot do anything about them, even if you have a special circumstance. The men are especially unsympathetic and could give a s-- about you as a customer. Get credit somewhere else. This review applies to B of A credit across the states. Worst company I have dealt with in 30 years.

Not helpful at all. Went in requesting one thing, proposed another option that didn't work and left me cardless for the weekend. Went into fix their error, was told they didn't know why and couldn't help me - waste of my time twice. Insult to injury having the white male teller continually talk over me as I tried to explain the situations. No sorrys, just "i don't know why"

Just left here they made me provide a fingerprint to cash a check made out to me even with ID and didn't give me a receipt . Not feeling that but the young lady was extremely nice.

Very disappointed with the service there when they can not figure out your questions they asked you to come over next day. Not even saying I am boa Associate myself. :-(

Too long lines and only one teller working, you have to spend all your lunch break waiting in line. I don't think this is the right way to do business. I lost my credit card and when I called there is automated answer machine that took long time, and by going to the branch it took me longer, coz when you lose your card you wanna block it ASAP.
