I met with Paul which was super professional and helpful. I have had bad experiences in other BoA branches where the service was really poor, so I was definitely lucky to have Paul helping me open an account.

Waiting 20s minutes only one teller is working. And still have 5 people ahead of me. Other staffs are on the floor but no one is helping.

Front desk Asian guy super unhelpful. Refuse to let me go in and ask any questions. Very unprofessional, very frustrating. He told me to go home and basically ask me to help myself. Wow

I almost never leave google reviews, let alone for a Bank of america branch. AVOID THIS BOFA ON 150 BROADWAY AT ALL COSTS. The ATM here took my credit card cash payment and printed out an error message and the payment never registered on my credit card. I called BofA corporate to file a claim and they told me it will take 1 to 2 MONTHS for them to physically DIG through the ATM and find my bills that the machine took. Absolutely ridiculous and the most inefficient process I have EVER heard of. Good luck also trying to get this bank location to pick up your calls. Absolutely never again, so disappointed in bank of america.

for many years my credit card balance was very high close to the limit. finally after getting out of financial troubles I paid off my card in full. the payment bounced due to my money transfer taking longer than expected so from the app I paid the whole balance again. the next day having zero balance BOA took the the whole balance from my account again (second attempt). why would they do that when I already paid it. took me 2 weeks to get the money wired back to my account where in the meantime my personal account was close to zero. very upsetting ? ?

I went in today during lunch hour, there was only 1 teller... That's kind of not taking into consideration their customers need... Most customers only have lunch time to conduct transactions since the bank opens at 9AM closes at 4PM

Terrible service. I met with a manager and he did not give me contact information, later called me from a number that doesn't get back to him, and they don't answer their phones. So now I have to make another appointment, which I'll make at a different branch.

Horrible branch! They only have one teller and they give you attitude. I’m gonna close my account and transfer all my funds to my credit union.
