I went in person and spoke with J. Tsai regarding a business loan. He stated he passed my information on and someone reach put in 24 hrs. Here we are over a week later with no call back. I emailed and called to speak with him and no word back. When I called Bank of America Small business they stated my information was never passed on . They then said someone would call me in 48 hours and still no word. Very poor service.

2nd time I visit the bank and they’re closed. “We apologize for the inconvenience”. If you updated your schedule on Google maps, the inconvenience wouldn’t happen in the first place!

I've been banking at this branch for over 8 years. And the service is not the same it used to be. Maybe because the staff changes every 6 months or so. There were times when three tellers were working with no one on line. Today, with 6-7 people on line they have only one teller, and the excuse the service rep had was that "she is at lunch". All while a couple of other service reps were in their office browsing the pictures of the real estate properties (you can't help it, the doors are made of glass and the monitor was turned towards the door - very unprofessional!) Here is another thing: I was making a large withdrawal and asked the rep to help me away from the teller window, because I was not comfortable asking for large sum with others next to me. Instead of accommodating me, she assured me that they (tellers) can do it for me. I tried explaining that I don't feel comfortable showing to others behind me that I am carrying a lot of cash. But she still insisted I go thru the teller. They should be accommodating their custom, not looking for reasons not to.

You will walk past a heroin addict slouched over in the lobby on your way into the bank and be greeted by at least two associates armed with iPads who can do nothing for you short of pointing you to a seat or the line. Either way, you have to wait forever. I went in for a cashiers check. There were 11 people in line including me and only ONE teller behind the plexiglass. And she clearly hated her job. I try to avoid this location at all costs.
