The Latina Branch Manager is very dumb and lazy. She walks around in her high heels to show off her shoes but does no work. I don't know how she became a branch manager? When she sees clients who need help, she'll always say, "I'll get someone to help you, " but no one comes and she comes back out after you've left ?

Today Sunday May 14th Mothers Day went to the Delancey branch to get money to buy flowers and the door will not open after I slide my debit card multiple times. Very dissatisfied I had to go to Chase Bank across the street to take money out and paid their service fee. This is ridiculous with this branch it has happened before in the past! Frustrating!!!

I went to the bank today three times I couldn't be answered one of the worst receptions I've ever had at this bank and I tried to call the bank and the person who answered me was completely stupid with me, which is what is happening with Banco of America.

I'm a customer since 25 years, the service it's worth and worth. 1 worker at the booth,14 customers waiting... 4 workers turning around. Will take me 45 minutes to do a deposit. ... Not acceptable.

If i could give Bank of America 0 minus stars & Rating I would, worst untrusting bank ever they work together with the pros & Cons don’t give a damm for THIER Customers hard earned money switching & so should everyone else. Beware!!! The 14 street & union square Bank of America worker at bank goes by torres gave away $30 Grand into the wrong Hands & nothing is being done about it happening to a good friend of mine as I’m posting this, so be Ready for a lawsuit thank you very much.

Empty no body’s goes to the branch all customers prefer using the ATM machine better than goes to the branch,Employees from Bank of America just standing there no greetings, the tellers were all outside you won’t know who is the the teller, financial advisor or the greater, I won’t come back to the Delancey branch better walk more and go to Bowery branch

You guys were great I dont know what happened,you're atm SYSTEM SUCKS a whole lot if it isn't the door not working properly to get to the atm it's the atm machines that AREN'T working or you deposit a check for a thousand and only $41.00 shows up...this is the second week I deposited a check and only $41.00 cleared and the funny thing is these incidents mostly occurs on fridays SMH

Worst Bank of America in history, they NEVER open on time. Bank of America service has fallen big time. Changing banks this week, maybe chase will follow thru and open their financial locations on time

Went by today at 9:25 am. Completely broke and did not have my bank card which would not serve any purpose because this branch on Delancey Street and Ludlow NYC had a big sign that read "temporarily closed" No explanation as to why. Needlesss to say I had to go back home. I was on my way to work. Now I have to look for another branch. I looked online and it turns out that quite a few branches are temporarily closed. Its odd. Makes me suspicious.

Bank is closed again and none of the ATM machines are working at this location. Very inconvenient for customers. This is the second time they have closed and it seems lack of staff or due to employees with COVID . I am thinking about switching to CHASE because the inconvenience is not working with me and I will prefer a more responsible branch that can work with my needs as a customer.
