Warning—avoid this branch at all costs. If you go, be prepared to wait in line for 15min, even if you are the only one in line. Even then, when you are addressed, high likelihood you will be told they cannot help you for xyz reason. I will never set foot in this branch again. Simple banking requests turn into multiple visits and a waste of time waiting only to be turned away.

Horrible Bank manager. I have been going to this bank and depositing escrow checks for my company for years. He woke up on the wrong side of the bed one day and made his own rule and deemed my checks need to be made out to a certain entity. Note that I go every week and deposit over 40 checks never once has there been a problem which I told him. His explanation was it doesn't matter what happened before and in the past it might cause a problem in the future in an annoyed and arrogant tone. I Went the next day with an indemnity agreement with BOA that allows us to deposit third party checks which I showed paperwork for and that shut him up real quick. He reluctantly accepted my checks and the next week I came in to deposit checks he didn't even come out he just told the teller he wasn't accepting my checks even though I have an indemnity agreement. I walked 3 blocks down to the next BOA on 6th ave and they took my checks no problem.

Jordan and Amnol are always professional and willing to help. Their customer service skills are awesome. I visit this location at least once a week and they’re always smiling and willing to go above and beyond with all my banking needs. Thank you both for your exceptional work. Need more tellers like them!

I went in to exchange some euros and pounds to USD. They asked me to sit first while they do the exchange. The manager came back with a receipt that only showed part of the cash I gave her. I had to go back and ask her that there should be more. She apologized and went in for another 25 minutes to get this right. Seem very unprofessional.

Why would you even call yourself a bank if the teller doesn't even want to count your coin change for a deposit ? Well why don't you ask Debbie ... the lazy, rude, ungrateful teller you will ever experience. If you're going to work at a bank expect to count. Don't bother coming here or sign up for this bank. Worst customer service and doesn't appreciate their clients.

If you're in customer service, maybe you should first understand what those words mean. Not really surprised that there's a fee attached to almost everything but on top of that you season your words with an attitude is just unprofessional and unnecessary. Another reason I would not want to back with you.

Changing banks after today. Because ATM's seem to eat the entire card during your transaction process now, I forgot to grab my card after I finished my deposit. The machine didn't beep like it normally does to remind you to grab the card and it just gave me the receipt. I realized and went back right before closing (5:50pm- they close at 6pm), and tried to speak to the teller who was just standing there like an idiot not doing anything. He told me he shut down the system and there was nothing he could do. All I wanted was to withdraw some cash until the next day so I could come back and get a temporary card. No apologies for the inconvenience, no effort on his end to try and help. This bank has always had such with customer service an issue but I've let everything go until now. Really don't recommend coming to this branch.

This place is a joke lol the people here have no idea what they're doing. I came in here to cash a check from work and the first representative I see has no idea how deposits/checking works. I told him I needed to cash and then deposit the check so I could have the funds immediately (clearing a check takes two days instead) and he said it would be faster through the ATM. Said it would take less than one business day to go through. The dumbf*ck has no idea that it's the same process, if not slower, through an ATM. He also said that I wouldn't be able to cash it because the check was from Wells Fargo, which is so beyond stupid and idiotic to hear, from a BANK REPRESENTATIVE that a check from another bank can't be cashed there even if you have an account. Avoid the representatives at all costs and just do things here how you normally would.

This location changed branch managers as well as a few staff members last year and has been so MUCH better for it. I find that the customer service has improved exponentially and I actually feel like I am being taken care of.
