After I went this place today. I am totally and extremely disappointed with Bank of America. Let me tell you my horrible experience with Bank of America. I have a business account here many years . On 10/01, I mailed my rent check to landlord by mail box near post office. which I used to do. I checked my bank account during the night on 10/5 if landlord took the rent. I was shocked my money is gone $11251. But I wrote $8851. After few minutes I figured out. Someone stole my check , copied and rewrote the name and amount. Then use fake copy deposit by BOA app. Because I can see the fake check picture front and back on app. I call customer service and reported as soon as possible. I tried to explain what’s going on. But customer service little mad me . Because I did not follow her say yes or no. I did not feel she understood my situation . I called every day. Customer service always say they need business days to handle it. Today 10/11 I got email and asked me fill the form and fax to them. That’s why I rush to this place from New Jersey. I don’t have printer, staples closed near the bank. The guy in front of desk asked me print the form first or make an appointment then they can help me. I thought they can help me print a few paper forms and fill out. Then fax them. It won’t cost too much and Maybe just spend 30 mins. I am wrong. My bank account money gone. No one cares about it. I want to ask Bank of America. I didn’t make any mistake. You did not check or verified check is real or not. Took money from my account just by a fake check copy. Excuse me. It’s your bank fault. Bank should respond to that. I should ask your bank where is my money. Not you asked me to offer lots of documents and bring me so much trouble and stress. I want to say Bank of America. You lost a loyal customer. You are the most worst bank.

Called to ask a question 2x today no one picked up after I went through the automated system and dialed 4 so I went in person. Not only was there an unbelievably long line to interact with a teller, all the other folks working there were sitting idly and not actually helping people while the one person who was brand new sat behind the glass. It was almost like these people at this branch including manager viewed it as beneath them to actually help the long line of customers that needed assistance if it wasn’t their exact function at the branch. These days there are so few reasons to go into a branch. Def made me wonder if having a BoA account was really worth it / doing it for me when there are so many options.

I stopped by the bank to resolve issues with my account and met with Mohammed Imam, he was very patient and went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and issues totally resolved without wasting too much time. I left the bank a very happy customer ?

I went in a few weeks ago on the day before Thanksgiving weekend! Although I came in right before 5pm, Channel quickly made sure Joe and Jimmy took care of me. And I was able to open a new bank account that same evening!! Thanks, guys.

I opened my checking account yesterday at BofA and got really surprised about how well organized they are.I made an appointment and they were waiting to help me with that on time.I would like to mention that Mohamed was extremely kind and helpful in welcoming me to BofA. He is very good, patient and smart.
