Interacting with the tellers here is a more robotic experience than using an ATM. I went in to withdraw an amount larger than the ATM would allow and the teller couldn't even use full sentences when talking to me. The entirety of her exchange was her mumbling "Card. How much? Confirm. Confirm. Email or paper receipt?" while making me feel like I was annoying her just by being there.I don't need the red carpet treatment, I get that's it's just a job but a "hello" or a "please" or maybe even just a few multiword sentences would've been nice. Not sure why I'd consider BoA for any of my larger banking needs when they make me feel so unwelcome for the small stuff.

I had come in with a unique issue and was really stuck and frustrated. Kiara had amazing patience with me and provided excellent customer service and guidance to help me resolve my issue. Any one that is able to work with her is incredibly lucky. She’s a shining example of an excellent employee and that deserves to be recognized

Really great branch. For a deposit, be prepared to wait 30 minutes plus. I arrived at 3:34PM and was served at 3:58PM. Some of the customers here have very complex transactions from what I observed so this is definitely not a 5-10 minute wait. Overheard, the branch manager? talking economics with someone so nice to know that this branch has their regulars. I would come back because it's a few steps by the A-C-E train literally. There are also people who sleep in here because it's comfortable btw. The atmosphere is actually perfect for sleeping, but I came near closing. Their hours at the moment are 9AM-4PM.

Convenient Bank of America location with three ATMs, human tellers, and banking professionals that can perform various financial tasks. It's great having these ATMs so close by, while the counter service is ideal for more involved requests. Fairly clean, though this part of 8th Ave can occasionally attract some riff-raff.

Lazy staff. Only one teller works, two others stand & chat outside the boot. When I asked them to expedite the service they said me that I have have to wait in the line.

I made a 12:30pm reservation to have a marriage license notarized. Showed up and there was no one even attending the desk so I asked the clerk and he said the notary was out today. No explanation for why my appointment wasn’t canceled. I asked if he could help me in calling nearby BoAs to see if any of them had notaries in before I wasted my time running around (and also because all of them close at 1pm). He basically ignored me and said he had to help other customers (there was one person in line who’d been waiting less than 5 min). After repeatedly ignoring horrible BoA customer service - this is the last straw - have heard such good things about Chase so look forward to moving my business there including the joint account we are planning to open after getting married (no thanks to BoA)!! I know Bank of America doesn’t care but just be cautious if you think make a reservation here means anything

They handle my all the issues but was rude to me when I was getting comfortable (in the waiting area) by starting to have an argument until I had to disclose it by saying ok, thank you.
