I was fortunate to come across this agency. I initially intended to book an appointment with a new small business banker. However, to my surprise, the agency manager James Holman went above and beyond to assist me and arranged for me to be seen that day. I accomplished much more than I had anticipated, and I am now pleased to have a new banker named Obi Njoku, who was exceptional in her approach toward me. She was empathetic and highly efficient in her work. As a result, I will return to this agency for its excellent services.

The folks here are decent but I've encountered some major concerns with Bank of America and I'd say it's not worth risk to open an account with this bank.Bank of America have some serious structural security/customer service issues. Bank of America decided to arbitrarily closed two weeks after opening. Their closure of my account now shows up on ChexSystems and I can no longer open up another bank account that uses ChexSystems (e.g. Synchrony rejected my application to open an account because of the Bank of America record). 80% of banks uses ChexSystems score to determine whether to let you open an account with them. It's diffrent from your credit score report. My credit score via (Experian) was and still is 800 plus with decades of relationship with Chase. However, ChexSystems shows my score at 599 because of the Bank of America closure. There is no reason given for the termination of my account other than "business decision", there is no way to appeal or talk to anyone who can reverse closure. The worst part is now I am unable to open up a new bank account with any other bank due to the ChexSystem record that a Bank of America account was closed. Imagine if I didn't previously have a few other bank accounts and this happened, I'd be locked out of the financial system for months. You can look it up online, lots of folks talk about Bank of America closing their account for "Business Reasons".There's also some other concerning inconveniences and security issues (e.g. Passwords cannot have any symbols like "@"). That makes your password even less security. Their website is counter intuitive, I got several error pages trying to transfer money from Chase (I think the errors triggered my bank account closure). You also have to opt-into two factor code, if you can find where the opt in is.... it's not an automatic prompt. There's no option to select "Trust" computer, after logging in from your personal computer so you'll be getting a code each time you log in which is a nuisance.It just feels this bank is stuck in the past and does not have the technology platform to transition into the digital age. If you're looking for basic brick and mortar service (e.g. teller, checking writing) it's probably fine. But man, I was not lucky, I literally can't believe this happened to me.

I recently had the pleasure of spending some time with your Relationship Manager Lending Specialist Jordan Montilla and wow was I impressed! Jordan was kind and efficient in her work and really showed great patience in answering all of my questions. At no moment did I feel rush. Jordan took her time to get to know me and build a great customer relationship with me.You need more associates like Jordan.

Recently I like to come to this location because the nice teller, but NOT today! I just from there today @1pm, its a different teller, She said im not allowed to withdrawal! I have to come back tomorrow because of the money on my account is still “processing” , she said i only can do debit card transaction! if i can do debit card transaction then why not withdrawal??!! its business account NOT personal account! I always made a withdrawal every friday because of my business received the payment every friday, i NEVER had any issue all this time with “processing “ status for many years! if i can see my balance on my end its mean my money is there! but SHE keep insisted im NOT allowed to withdrawal! i said i ALWAYS allowed to withdrawal! she said if you want you CAN go to other place?? of course i will go to my usual location @750 3rd ave (They closed last few times, but today open) with the nice service from the teller and other staff as usual , and i can leave with my withdrawal transaction! im withdrawal with my own money, NOT BEGGING to give me money ! She need more training!

I’ve dealt with this branch for about 2 years now, I come in twice a week every week for business deposits. Jordan is always extremely helpful, gets everything done quickly and efficiently and I always have a large stack of checks for several different accounts, and there’s never been an issue. When there has been an error on my end, Jordan and the other associates have always been so helpful in aiding my corrections or providing me with copies. Great work!!
