Unbelievably horrible and incompetent. They LOST my money!!!!!!! Then they gave me counter credit for the money they lost, but didn’t actually fund my account! I’m in the midst of dealing with claims. Please fire everyone in this bank and bar them from ever handling anyone’s money ever again.This has never ever happened to me at any Bank of America before.Do NOT go here if you value your money. I saw the low star rating but didn’t actually read the reviews.Did they steal my money? I don’t think so? But I have no idea what the incompetence is about. Did they overtly lie to me? I’m really not sure!How can you mess up twice so significantly in 3 days with totally basic transactions such as a deposit and counter credit?

This is one of the worst banks in the whole city. Always understaffed, an ATM is always broke if not both ATMs. On top of those problems it is almost always dirty inside

Horrible service!!! My mothers recent experience with customer service at your location was incredibly frustrating. She patiently waited for an hour (because that’s what your employee told her the wait was) to only be told after an hour wait that it would be best for her to make an appointment. She was in disbelief and let down by their lack of consideration for her time. It was a clear example of poor customer service, as she had wasted a significant amount of time waiting only to be told she should have been more proactive in securing an appointment. Not to mention they tried scheduling an appointment for her the end of October.

Thee best teller I've ever dealt with in boa branches, Ousmane Fofana, very accommodating and tackled the issues I had easily. I left there happy and satisfied. Lenox garden financial center Harlem. ? Great !

Bank of America should stop banking here. Because, they can't even do a very simple task. ATMs are out of service. Tellers have minumum knowledge.

This financial institution has a man teller who would always be rude to me every time I go there to get changes for my business. Not a single week. I have been there and got a complete satisfactory service. Even the manager promised me to get what I wanted yesterday, but my crew member had to request them several times just to get $200 singles. It's completely unbelievable that a bank doesn't have money to exchange. And truly the teller Ousman, I believe, has very unprofessional customer service when I asked for coins. He told me to think of other people who needs to get coins as well. My question is, why would I care for others business? Seriously???

The wait time is outrageous . There’s only one person in the front and their system are always down around the time someone goes on break . Asking the employees what’s going on all we got a rude look and a shoulder shrug and proceed to walk away By far the worst employee . BOA need to hire more windows Clark’s cause it seem like the people who sit in the room are just chilling instead of helping with the clients on line.

Came in with my wife to get my name added to 3 accounts and everyone was completely helpful and professional! Our wait time was 1 minute before Ismael spoke to us and let us know they’ll be right with us. We ended up working with Edwin who was fast and made sure customer service was top notch. Glad to be with BOA, would recommend coming to this branch!

I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is the second time this location has been an absolute failure.- Security has no business asking clients why they’re here, that isn’t their responsibility AT ALL.- I have to make an appointment for something that takes 5 mins or they just won’t do it. They’re ‘completely booked until next Wednesday.’- current wait time is 40 minutes to 1 hour.- BofA website is a joke.

Worst bank I have ever seen.Sit tight to your chair. I have opened a new bank account 48 H ago and make a deposit of 4000 USD to be able to rent an apartment and start a new life in the city. It took me 2 Hours to do it.... whatever.I was asked to call the bank of america online number found on the app to get an authorization code to start using my online bank account.To make it short, after literally 2H on the phone, they told me I have to go back physically to the bank because they do not have sufficient security information to let me use my money online............. but they have accepted the money of course!So, you open a bank account, you pass all the security, SSN, address, american phone number etc... and they still ask you to go back physically for an authorization code only found online!This is so grotesque!I am never going to go back to this bank again.Also just for the record, I tried to give Euros at the beginning to have more money on the bank account to rent my apartment, and it was not possible, which is understandable. However when I left the bank on the 06/06/2022, the security guard who saw how much I had in cash with me basically asked me to change with him euros into USD..... what a damn world we are living in.I am definitly going to Wells Fargo.
