I reached there 9:36 for my 10:00 appointment .. but they chatting each other till 10:15 .. once I they had done chatting each other … they came to me and ask about my appointment … so lousy service … avoid that branch

We went in me and husband looking for someone can help us to open a business account Mrs Shrestha Laxmi took care of us she explained us all the details she gave us instructions and advices on how we can save some of the bank fees she went over the application many times with us and everything went out smooth and easy I really recommend her at this branch I definetly give 5stars to her and to the branch too

BEWARE! I've been with Bank of America for years, but no more. For one thing, they pay next to no interest and then they charge you fees so you're actually paying them to hold onto your money. I'd rather put it under my bed. Second I'm going to have to hire an attorney to sue them over their outrageous pro-merchant VISA disputes department. They're trying to extort $5,250 from me for a guitar I ordered that arrived many months beyond the promised date, and turned out to be an unplayable, flawed lemon which I sent back many months ago. Yet Bank of America is trying to bully me wants me to pay that amount for a product I do not have. There have been many phone calls and letters but they're acting like outlaws, refusing to consider the copious evidence I sent them. All they do is parrot: "You have to work this out with the merchant. They say they give no refunds." NO REFUNDS? That's what a VISA dispute department is for - yet Bank of America is so biased in favor of merchants they'll not help you when you need help in these VISA fraud situations. (By the way, I'm a former NBC News Anchor and CBS Reporter.) What's a VISA card if the issuer doesn't protect you in situations like this? Stay away from Bank of America!!!

They definitely treat you like a robot while holding on to your money. I understand this is the bank of the poor and America doesn’t treat poor people with respect. I deposited a check on the 29th and now it’s the 4th, my check is not cleared. I haven’t paid my rent. I have no money for the 4th. I never considered better human banking elsewhere but this experience has me knowing I deserve better.

Terrible customer service from Assistant Manager R. Garcia. He was quick to jump to conclusions stating that a certain transaction could not be completed. Fifteen minutes later, said transaction was completed at the branch by Mr. Garcia himself. Taking time to listen and fully understand the service that was being requested would have had me, and my client, out of the door in five minutes.>> UPDATE: I received a call from BofA directly to hear my concerns and fully understand what happened. Our conversation was productive and followed up two days later with outcomes from a discussion with the Assistant Manager. It is good to see that BofA takes customer satisfaction seriously. I hope any consumer who visits this branch will sense a tangible difference.

Excellent customer service. Padma went above and beyond to help me and my mother when we were there recently. I found everyone at this branch from Linda who greeted us to Leslie at the counter to be pleasant, professional and helpful.
