many thanks to two beautiful girls who help me not for the first time. today we opened an account for my business. despite some problems, we still made it through their efforts. I think that this is the best branch of the bank, because it does not matter who will serve you here, you will always get the best service, all employees are as good and friendly as possible. I love BofA!!!

Slow service due to lack of knowledgeable employees. Took 30 mins to get $40 in quarters. Close right on the dot and won't help you even a few minutes over.

Laurence just helped my little sibling and I set up her first bank account. He was very helpful and spoke in terms that a person who has never had an account would understand. The customer service was amazing and he was efficient while still keeping a good pace. 10/10 recommend for all banking needs!’

As online banking becomes more common and offers superior interest rates, the only reason for brick-and-mortar banks like BofA to exist anymore is for the ease and convenience of in-person customer assistance. Turns out that, on multiple occasions, this location fails to deliver on the personal touch. On my most recent visit, I just needed to have a form notarized: a quick, 2-3min. errand. I was told there were two parties ahead of me, and reasonably, agreed to wait. 45 minutes later, without any word, I asked for an update. I was told it would be a while, and that they couldn't provide a time estimate. This time, though, the clerk offered to make an appointment to return later, and I left without getting my quick errand addressed. Two issues here. First, when prioritizing customers, the staff ought to factor in both wait time and the nature of the visit. If all I need is a signature, it makes no sense for me to wait behind people whose tasks need much more time. Second, I should've been notified BEFORE waiting for so long that an appointment was an option, especially since the wait time was so much longer than the time a notary signature would take. This is, for this BofA location, pretty par for the course. I've never been able to do anything here without it taking infinitely longer than anyone might reasonably expect at a more competent location. It also says something that, in the time I was waiting, multiple other customers were sitting around waiting, grumbling about the lack of updates, time estimates, or organization. If there's any way you can get stuff done without coming here, do it.

Lines sometimes form, so it can take a while to do a simple transaction. Branch is clean, at area clean with no smells.

Terrible customer service, worst bank ever...and I mean EVER! This location isn't any good but honestly none of them are. Don't waste your time, I would go literally anywhere else to bank.

Never ever come to this location to do business with them they have the worse customer service ever especially one of the manager.
