Today Saturday February 10,2024 at around 10am in the morning I went into this branch to deposit a 25k check into my personal account. This check was from Bank of America as well l. The teller started getting nervous called the manager and they started asking me stupid questions .. what I’m doing here ? For what is that check ? If you live in upstate what is bring in you all the way to Manhattan?? Can we see a prove of address from around here ? ‘This check doesn’t look good to me I can’t help you … ‘Then I took this check to TD bank in less than 5 it was done with no questions… really bad customer service from the manager and teller ending up closing the account…

Teller is Fast and provides good customer service with slow wait times. The lady in the front didn't look up to greet me as I came in though.

I would give it a lower grade if I could. The teller is nice & competent, but the manager has no idea how to staff tellers and when. This is the 4th time I went to this branch during the lunch hour when there was only 1 teller for more than 5 waiting customers. I previously commented this to the manager, but just a waste of time.NPS would be a negative number!

Milca has been such a wonderful help to me. She is always ready and able to assist me and greets me at the door by name. She is always willing to assist me whenever I need help and I thank her very much for being such a great professional banker.

So... Bank of America made $1.7 billion in 2020 but they seem reluctant to spend it on any staff. On a busy afternoon at the branch there was one person taking customers and absolutely nobody else to even find out what a customer coming into the branch might need, leaving the waiting room full of people wondering if they should even stick around for at least 15 minutes (And if they can find a better alternative to this horrible bank.) The Merrill guy sitting in his own office came out to shout " where is everybody??" What a dystopian farce of a business.

The wait time for teller service gets longer and longer. If you need to speak to a manager for any reason you will wait longer. And NOW they have a security guard working there who is a wannabe Mussolini. I was next in line for teller service with all my paperwork ready when this security guard tells me to move back so he could put someone in front of me who was still filling out her voluminous paperwork and clearly was not ready to engage with the teller. When I pointed this out to him he became hostile and belligerent. This branch is the pits. Don't waste your time . I don't intend to any more

The manager of this branch is the rudest most unhelpful person in this branch. I have never experienced such bad customer service at any bank. Customer service via phone was more helpful in solving my issue. He seemed to be lazy and bothered to resolve my issue.

As I am waiting here in line, there is 1 teller only, which is fine for a small branch. However, there are two "managers" just standing behind her, chatting looking at the ceiling, and doing nothing.
