Worst Buy not Best Buy the following is the 2nd time i have had a horrible issue with Best Buy. i placed an order for a 43" tv and PAID EXTRA to have it delivered on feb 1st. Needless to say it never came. The website said it was out for delivery. After getting incorrect information from Best Buy i called the shipper myself. Best Buy uses a third rate shipper. Upon speaking to them i was told the tv was either lost or storlen. The shipper uses independent contractors (they're not full time employees of the shipper). Whoever heard of a company like BestBuy not using fed ex or ups. The same thing happened to me last year with a computer monitor. i will never do business with Best Buy again and neither should you. i hope this review saves people the aggravation i experienced. I wish i could have given a "0" rating

Terrible experience trying to get a salesperson to retrieve merchandise, tried two different stations. Went directly to customer service and was sent back to the same place no help could be obtained, so asked for a manager. Manager finally arrived after being called twice but passed me off to the teller who charged me $200 over. I asked for the manager to remedy the mistake but he passed me back to the negligent teller. I asked her to stay of her personal cell phone this time, which she denied so I had to inform her the store's video surveillance could verify. Another long wait as the manager finished with whom he stalled me to wait on and is taking his time because he "now has to be more thorough." Still waiting on this manager who stated he has to step away due to another issue. Said manager has apparently abandoned customer service.

I was not able to rate Keith on the app as I'm just a visitor and had no BB account, but he has the best customer service and sales skills on the planet. He was patient with us, gave us great recommendations, and above all, he's genuinely kind.

Terrible employees, they won’t even listen to you if you aren’t buying from their department. I had to wait 20 mins to buy a watch because I could not open the locks without someone from that department. Employees from other departments just waling around with nothing to do and won’t help you… I actually tried with 3! Incentives and hiring are really messed up if you allow this customer experience.

I am always amazed how people here are NOT the friendlist. Therefore, I went back today because I needed to return a device thatdid not match what I brought in for them to see, check, replace. But as usual even though the store was empty, I was handed a box and said...THIS IS THE ONE and she ran off. WHILE I am at it, how long does a line have to be before they open another register WHEN AGAIN, the store was semi empty.But today I thought I was going to take note of people who really seam to care.....A. THE GREETER or security checker.Plus downstairs a tall young lady named SAM....now there is someone who A. Asks questions B. CORDIAL AND RESPECTFUL and C. SHE knows the product lines.Sam...THANKS. It is obvious she loves BEST BUY and shows it.

Not very well equiped,2-3 things I've asked for,they didn't have none of them.Also, employees were sending mefrom one to another, for every single question I've had...All together, 3* will be just enough for this store. Sorry Best buy, but you should work on this one a little bit...

Best experience purchasing a phone ever. I had fun, I laughed and Ross is so great and he made me laugh AND helped me choose a phone. If I could come here on my saddest day I know id still manage to crack a smile. Best buy truly is the Best, and this phone truly was a best buy ? BUYER BEWARE... Beware of the unforgettable experience you will have

(Please be aware of bedbugs at this Best Buy location. I was working at this location on black Friday, November 24th, 2023. I found a bedbug crawling on the arm of the sofa, while I was eating my lunch in the break room. I have never seen a bedbug before only in pictures. I freaked out it was another employee, who mentioned to me it was a bedbug. I was horrified and felt uncomfortable, because I was worried if it got on my coat or clothes the manager Damien Wasser, then called my boss who is contracted with best buy. I was dismissed shortly after because I made it known there was bedbugs. My shift was cancelled. I am hoping to be paid for my full hours because that was unfair to me working to feed my two children and my 7 dogs. Anyone has any suggestions please help.

I can't believe I'm reviewing a Best Buy but the lack of attention to customers at this location is insane. Worst customer service I've had in a long time. Needed help finding the right screen protector for my phone, got sent person to person. No one was able to help and no one was available for check out - but all the workers were busy talking to each other and ignored all the customers. Not happy

Had the worst Best Buy experience I've ever had as a Best Buy customer for 20+ years at this store. First off, the lack of employees at the checkout and customer service aisle was mind blowing. I don't see how you are going to have a combined customer service and checkout table and only have one employee working it. The line when I got there was very long because the poor employee was helping with a lengthy return and everyone in line waiting to check out were pissed. When it was my turn, after about 20 mins of waiting, I also needed to do a return on an open box item. Something that I have never had any issues with in the past. But this time, after a back and forth between different departments and employees getting frustrated with other customers and the line growing quickly, the vibes were horrible. The employee who was helping me was trying her best but the lack of communication was crazy. Eventually she called the floor manager and told me I can't return this item here because of a mistake in the receipt that the store I bought it from made. After a few mins of back and forth and asking for them to call a manager, which they told me they can't do. He helped me set up a return via ups and print the return label. Throughout that time, the employee helping me was just saying bullshit to me to make me feel "cared" for. But I saw right through him. He just didn't want to do the work. I proceeded to go to UPS and pay $20 for a box for the return of this item. Which I'm now being told will take 10-15 business days to process. I regret not putting my foot down a little more and getting the return to happen in store. But I think this may be my last time shopping at any Best Buy. I am thinking of cancelling my credit card and membership and just sticking to other retailers like B&H or other smaller stores in the city. Over the years Best Buy's customer service has continued to drop and it's a shame it's trickling down into every single store I visit.

Went in for a micro sd card reader. The woman staff member looked up the wrong item, claimed I asked for a different item then claimed they did not have it. Went home and looked up the item there was plenty in stock. The sales associate was unable to find it, unable to identify it and unwilling to help. At this point why bother going into a store when you are met with cold shoulders. Might as well wait a week and order the part from Jeff Besos
