they are a horrible establishment! look for fees that you won't know! they are shady and looking for your money any way they can! be very careful dealing bethpage! not to be trusted! Car note 2k fees 4k? where does this make sense? sounds like an early payoff scheme where's the law?

This is the worst experience with a financial institution I've ever had. I had to go through the account opening process at least 6 times and now I'm logging in a month later and apparently it doesn't recognize me as a customer. Do yourself a favor and go with a credit union that won't cause this much stress, like PenFed.

I need help getting my car title & the 1-800 number they have was of no help . I have to go to a bank branch to try to resolve my car title issue . It’s been nearly a yr . This is insane . Add the fact they only have one branch in manhattan .

I am on hold to verify my account due to some bad decision from some white collar on the credit union side. Thank for wasting my time, enjoy the bad reviews. Thank you to the call center representative that fixed the issue ? ?. You were very nice and worked very quickly. Big difference from the initial representative begrudgingly reading a script with an attitude who transferred me to the right representative.

I ended up having to pay $300 for a -$10 insufficient funds charge that I wasn't aware of while I was away taking care of family matters. I've never had an issue with money in my account, and I rarely use this account, so I don't know where I went wrong for it to end up in the negative. As soon as money was deposited into my account, they would take it, while still charging me return and insufficient funds fees. I did not receive any calls or emails about this, so I wasn't even aware that all this activity was going on in my account because I was away dealing with family matters in July/ August. I came back to the letters and finally realized what was taking place. I called, they told me that they could only reverse 3 charges. I asked for a manager's review to override it, but the representative informed me that they would not approve an override because the charges are legitimate. Now, I have to go to a branch to lift the suspension on my account so I can bring it out of the negative. This is preposterous. I'm planning to close both my personal and business accounts as soon as possible. I became familiar with this bank through my company and I always recommend this credit union to my other coworkers and business partners, but now I'm worried that they might end up in a situation similar to mine. Just be aware and keep a close eye on your account.

It was an ugly raining day. And I couldn't get thought you 1 800 number. I needed to know if Beth page was associated with Priority One and bright star Credit Union. I was extremely happy to to learn that you were. the icing on the cake was the way Michelle helped me. she was kind attentive and very helpful. She made my day I didn't even care that it was raining anymore.?

I spoke to a representative over the phone, and she was very nice. A friend of mine has an account with this bank. He does not have online banking weird!!! Every bank has online banking!!! Why not have more branches like Brooklyn, NY, or the Bronx NY? Why only Manhattan NY? If someone takes money out of your account without your permission, why doesn't the bank call or send a text to the customer to inform them on what went on in their account? But locks the card without the person not knowing. That is what happened to my friend. Why not give the customer a temporary card until the official card is received?

I always have a positive experience when visiting a bethpage branch. It's not intimidating and they neverlet you just stand in line and wait if they can help it.Bethpage is the best credit union I've ever been to.

Never received any form of customer service once we had questions on something. They just wanted to take the $ and run. I should have read the google reviews before we reached out but lesson learned there.
