“I was riding my bike one day when I noticed the pedal was feeling wobbly, unfortunately the threads of my crankset had gone bare. I took the bike to this shop to get an estimate on repair but also left with a bit of knowledge on maintaining my bike and the feeling that my bike was in good hands. I left the bike for a full tune-up + crankset replacement with Robin who was super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole thing. My bike was ready the very next day (I came pretty late on a Saturday). The full tune-up which in my case required upgrading a few parts (the chain and brake lines were on their last legs) came out great and the bike rides a lot more smoothly now. The price was very reasonable too and overall I'm really happy with the service I got here. Thanks again to Robin for the help!Picture for the replaced crankset & chain. “Purchased a Continuum Onyx about 2 years ago and it has been a really great bike. As others have mentioned, their customer service has been truly amazing. I had some issues with replacing a cable and took it to my local bike shop, but they messed up my shifter cable. This bike is fitted with an enviolo shifter; my guess is they never worked with it and gave it a try but it didn't work out too well for me. I contacted Priority and I was able to setup an appointment with them at their Hudson street location. They fixed the issue and it's been great ever since.This is my primary mode of transportation to and from work and it's been truly great. I added a rear rack with a custom basket to hold all of my gear. It's a bit heavy but my commute isn't too bad: about 9 miles round trip. I've ridden it in heavy rains (1 inch per hour) and the bike and brakes held up really well. They truly mean it when they say these bikes are maintenance free: the only thing of maintenance I changed were the brakes (other than changing the shifter cable which was more of a vanity concern than a safety concern).As I am getting older, I really would like to get the 600 as I think I would appreciate a wider gear range. The only unfortunate thing is that I see absolutely nothing wrong with my Continuum.”
