There is something adorable about a shop that specializes in incongruous antiques such as vintage smoking items, lighters, and ashtrays as well as vintage games and candy.Named after the owner's dog this little shop is mighty. You may not realize what you need from this shop but if not a Dunhill lighter perhaps the Mad Magazine board game? Perhaps just a snack of some vintage candy and a Bazooka gum-flavored soda. You won’t know until less you go. So just walk in, this shop doesn’t disappoint

By far the most well curated collection of vintage antiques in the city! Every time i step into the store I am transported to a time where people took great pride in their craft and when things were built to last. The owners have done a great job preserving and honoring the past, and always look forward to seeing new items being added to the collection.Aside from the amazing curios, Biggies Bodega owners Sammy, Derek and Biggie, will warmly greet you with love and passion. Just from talking to them I can tell they truly love and care about the community.Their passion is extremely infectious!

Nestled on a quaint corner of the town, this unique establishment offers a captivating blend of nostalgia, history, and sweet indulgence.Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the cozy and inviting ambiance. The decor exudes old-world charm, with vintage tobacco memorabilia adorning the walls, and a warm, rustic atmosphere that instantly sets the tone for exploration. The shop is a treasure trove of antique tobacciana items, offering a wide array of lighters, ashtrays, and more. As a collector, I was impressed by the carefully curated selection and the impeccable condition of these items, each one a testament to a different era of craftsmanship. The candy selection complements the tobacciana offerings perfectly. The selection of candies and confections was nothing short of impressive, nostalgic classics galore. What truly sets this establishment apart is the knowledgeable and passionate staff. The owners, who clearly have a deep appreciation for the history and artistry of both tobacciana and candy selection, were eager to share stories and insights about their products. Incredibly kind owners! This is a place built on their passion and it shows in their kind and courteous interactions with their customers. I’ve been in quite a few times and always have a great time! If you’re in Dimes Square, this is a must stop.P.S. If you’re lucky enough to meet biggie himself, make sure to give him a proper hello!

I live near Biggie's Bodega and I pop in at least once a week. Yes, they have cool retro candy, magazines, and sodas. But the real gems are their collection of vintage smoking memorabilia and the owners themselves. For the record, I'm not a smoker, but Sammie and Derek never fail to amaze me with some vintage object. They're passionate about their collection and incredibly knowledgeable about each item. When a dear friend visited the neighborhood, I took her to Biggie's before I took her to lunch. She, too, fell in love with the store's charm.Sammie and Derek are genuinely happy to visit with neighbors when they drop by, even if it's just for a chat or to tell Biggie the pit bull what a good boy he is.
