First time there. Bad service. No knowledge of what insurance they accepts and just takes your insurance card. At the end we have to pay out of pocket.

I spent $1000 on out of pocket cost for my labs. Which is fine and all, but I've been waiting 3 weeks & still haven't gotten all my results back. The nurse said it would be a 10 day turn around at most. They are incredibly unorganized & it's really interfering with my doctors appointments. I will just pay more else where to not return to this location.

C'est une honte ! Il y avait un stand dans la rue où j'ai fait un test pour prendre l'avion 2 jours après, on m'a bien précisé que j'aurais le résultat avant 14h. Je n'ai JAMAIS reçu le test ! J'ai dû payer 250$ à l'aéroport pour le faire en urgence.C'est inadmissible ! Bande d'escrocs

Very disappointing service. I got the result after 80+ hours because of which I couldn’t board my flight without the report. Do no use them if you are traveling! They will tell you the result will be ready on time but I called them multiple times and still did not get the result on time.

Very disappointing experience ...we were told results will be sent in 30 minutes ... never got them .. had to call them and jump through hoops to get them. I got mine eventually, husband never got his. We called them and they said he should take it again! We were traveling next day and expected results in 30 minutes not to be asked to take test again. Plus we were told over the phone they have up to two days to send us the results. If that is the case then why advertise the 30 minute rapid result.

I just called this location for information regarding a past test result and the person I spoke to didn't even know English. The person didn't know what a Colonoscopy was! wow.

Wow, this place tries hard to squeeze every cent they can from you. I was billed in April 2017 for laboratory services. My insurance negotiated a significant discount ~$83 and I paid the remaining balance ~$18 on time. Sometime around September of the same year I got a bill from them that matched the insurance negotiated discount exactly. Of course, I had to look back at my records to figure that out since I was almost ready to just pay them since it was for something that happened 5 months prior. The thing that got my attention was that I received another bill in October that was identical to the September bill and it did not say I was 30 days late. It said I was current in my payments. I emailed them and received a fairly quick response that said they would send my case to the adjustments department to resolve the problem. The next thing I know in December I received another bill, this time from their "internal collections department (BRLI)" starting I have an unpaid balance that was due immediately! I called them using the phone number for their internal collections department, which happens to be the same number and extension as the normal payment department on previous bills. Apparently the people answering the phone to collect our money can make decisions without manager approval to tell me that they will send out a bill showing a zero balance on my account. How convenient. Anyway I thought I'd share this scam with everyone hoping that if they have a choice that they go with another lab instead of this one.
