the worst attitude of all the car brands in the 11th ave area and that is saying something as every car make is in this area e.g. lexus, mazda, toyota, mercedes, porsche. Went to purchase another non BMW car this time and experience was much improved. My long term experience with this dealership convinced me to never buy another BMW again, the first one was the last. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Every BMW dealership in the long island and manhattan area were CONSISTENTLY the WORST I have ever dealt with. ZERO STARS

My salesman was Jorge, and I was with the BMW of Manhattan for three years. I bought my car in New Jersey. Save me the trip from going to New Jersey. I had no problems with BMW Of Manhattan. When it was time to check my vehicle, they would send me a video going over in detail with my car. And what needs to be done or close enough later must be replaced. They also have an indoor garage. It is Well attended. Jorge never hesitated if I needed to answer any questions and was transparent with our conversation.

Wow. BMW is supposed to have great service? Forget about it. I have a flat on my 5-series. First, they don't keep the tire in stock (why not, it is a standard tire for a common car model). By the way, service is not checking on stock( I had to do that myself through separate calls with the parts department. Before they are willing to order, I have to come in in person and pay for the tire, then they will order and make an appointment to change the tire. A lot of back and forth travel without an operational car! BMW Manhattan lacks customer focus and is a disgrace to the BMW brand.

I would give them 0 star if is possible. I had to replace tires and they replaced and forgot to put tire pressure sensor. I called them and they told me that their appointment was full so I had to wait for one month to fix it. I had to go to another dealership and had to do this job again. They charged me $1200 for changing 2 tires with this horrible experience. Service part is the worst.

WHAT A LOUSY EXPERIENCE. Their whole staff is unprofessional and inconsiderate.. My 2023 X5 broke down and was towed to bmw manhattan. no one ever called me to give me any updates, or to even let me know that they received my car. Every time I kept calling everybody was deaf, dumb and blind. It took almost 3 days for me to get a response from someone at that dealership.. then when I finally spoke to them, I asked them why did it take so long to get an answer about my car and they said sorry we're very busy unbelievable!!!! they told me that they would have an answer for me by the end of the day but nobody ever called me .. I had to go down there physically in person to find out what was going on with my car... I could not believe it and this is a corporate store. You would think they would have the best service.... this experience has really made me lose total interest in BMW so much as to switch brands and go without it. I will never ever lease another BMW again...Shame on them for treating customers this way.

BE ADVISED: This dealership is a corporate store, which means that BMW of North America and this dealership are one and the same so if you ever have a problem with the service department or any kind of problem its whatever this dealership says goes.. And they have the worst customer service in the country.. The service manager JOE ROCKER has a horrible reputation. but they dont care cuz they know bmw of NA has their back

I had a seamless experience returning my leased X3 and obtaining my 2024 model X3. My agent Michael was with us every step of the way and was always helpful, informative and answered all questions my husband and I had. When we picked up our new model we received the best hands on tutorial from our Genius Melvin. He made sure we had our personal preferences set and our phones matched as well. They’re so down to earth and friendly here. I never have an issue.

Alain was an amazing help from start to finish. Great personality and was not too “pushy” on the sale which made me feel super comfortable about moving forward. He helped me custom order the car to my liking and walked me through each step. He gave me his opinion on the different packages which helped. He checked in with me periodically to give me an update on the cars status. He’s also a great person to talk to about travel, this guy knows it all. The dealership is very professional and everyone is super friendly. I’ve purchased many cars in the past and by far this has been the best experience. All paperwork was sent for review in advance, so I wasn’t stuck in the dealership for 5 hours!!! I was in and out within a 1-2 hour which is great for a new car purchase. I recommend this place to anyone!!!

I brought my BMW X1 into BMW of Manhattan for service. It was the most professional and efficient experience. My Service Advisor, Tanya, was truly a delight. She was knowledgeable and patient, with explaining what needs to be done for my 20k service. I have been to other BMW dealerships, but BMW of Manhattan exceeded all my expectations! Thank you Tanya for all that you did to make my service stress free! !

I received a recall notice for the airbag in my new car. Before making the appointment, my husband called to confirm that they would have the part in stock at the time of our appointment. My husband brought the car in on a Monday morning for a 7:30am appointment. He waited for nearly a half an hour, but the service agent never came out to see him or check in the vehicle. He left the car at the dealership without ever speaking to anyone.The service agent Fahim Ali called me several hours later to say that although we were told the part was in stock and that the service would take one hour, they did NOT have the part in stock and the car would not be ready for three days. On Wednesday, I reached out to confirm when I would be able to pick up my car. He said that the car again was not ready because the part did not come and that I could pick up the car on Thursday. On Thursday, he said the car would not be ready until Friday. I requested that a supervisor call me because this is totally unacceptable. Fahim told me that one would call me later that day. No one ever called me. The next day, he ignored my messages for hours, and when he finally responded, he said that a supervisor would call me later that day. Again, NO ONE CALLED ME. I repeatedly requested that a supervisor reach out and no one ever did. My husband also called the dealership to speak to a supervisor and they refused to connect him. These people are liars and unprofessional. I would not bring my car here again.

My salesman, Isaiah Cheltenham was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, helpful and forthright in answering all questions. I had full confidence in his integrity and knew he would follow through on the turnover of the old vehicle and acceptance of the new one. He more than fulfilled my expectations and he and his team were extremely cordial and pleasant to deal with. Gabriela is a treasure.

Went in with a flat tire after hitting a pothole, they told Me they don’t have the tire in stock but can get one from their warehouse. I waited half a day to get the tire and 15 min before closing they told me that the truck arrived without my tire.At this point they presented me with an option to either wait 3 days to get the right tire which would mean me staying in a hotel since I am from Ottawa. Or get a different tire with different thread on and drive back to Ottawa.I took the option of getting the wrong tire because I couldn’t miss work for 3 days.So I paid 500$ for the wrong tire on my car because they dropped the ball.As soon as I left the service centre the warning light of *continued driving problem : chassis * came back on which I came in with and they toldMe to drive safe and we are closed now.That warning light came out to be a broken part which caused the steering to be stiff, shocks to be stiff and bumpy and headlights to point to the ground.I drove 8 hours on that and 4 hours of that in pitch dark with headlights pointing at the ground.1) they didn’t take responsibility for wrong tire or offer to fix that mistake afterwards .2) they let me and my wife drive 8 hours on a messed up car because their service department missed a warning light.It’s a miracle we got home safe because for 4 hours I was driving in pitch dark half blind thanks to their incompetence.All I wanted was the right tire and they refused to do that.I am filing a complaint with the state board.

It was a pleasure working with my sales advisor Peter. During the sales process, he wasn’t pushy at all and was just easy to work with. He also showed us around the dealership/service center and was an overall excellent ambassador for the dealership and brand.The vehicle pick up process was smooth, and our BMW Genius, David, had me and my wife’s phones connected in no time. He also patiently walked us through all the important settings in the car. Meanwhile, Peter had prepped everything in the background and had us out the door after a few signatures. The only downside was taking the new car straight into Manhattan rush hour.
