The guy at the cashier with the big earrings and skirt was completely rude to me when I asked about sizing, he told me that the concept was “a hard concept to grasp” for me in particular and was completely annoyed. I have never come across someone like that in my life. I walked into the store in hopes of buying a ton of shorts for my bf and left there buying nothing because of this horrible interaction .

Seems to be a trend at this store, unpleasant interaction about sizing with what seemed to be the cashier. I don’t recommend coming to this store.

Service wasn't very friendly, but worst is that the shirts I was given to try on for size smelled of BO and seemed like they hadn't been washed in weeks. Gross.

Called and spoke with a new employee who was trying his best to assist me, manager abruptly get on the phone and starts rudely dismissing me, telling me I would have to come into the store. The whole point of me calling is to know before I make the time to go to the store. No reason a manager should be this unprofessional to the customer.Edit - After reading over some other reviews I immediately recognized they were about the same person. “What’s the difference between hemmed and un-hemmed? Just as it sounds one is hemmed and one is not hemmed”Fire this red haired woman. She is bad for business.

Poorly made clothes, low quality. Dye washes off first time the item is laundered, item color then very different. I'm very dissatisfied with customer service.

It’s a shame because I was a huge fan of the store. Received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from the dark skinned girl with red hair. For example when I was asking the difference between hemmed and unhemmed, her explanation was “just like it sounds, one is hemmed, one isn’t hemmed” she was also generally just rude and kept repeating herself to the point where I had to leave the store. The lady was already annoyed from the moment I walked in the store.

Girl with red hair should not be working in customer service. Would go to a different location if you’re able to because the clothes are good, but that girl is absolutely terrible and makes me not want to support the business at that store.

Terrell - the visionary, the eye for design, the director. He brings such a distinct, creative voice that leaves each detail with a lasting impression. It was an amazing experience in-store (shopping-turned-full-curation for a European wedding, the suit alongside a week’s worth of outfits) & one I highly, highly recommend. Shipping was prompt - will be back 100%.
